The room was clean and comfortable.

I did not get the room I paid for. There was supposed to be a pull out sofa in the room, but it was just 2 queen beds. The staff refused to make good on their mistake. The night clerk said no other room was available on arrival, and the general manager refused to discount the price differential the next day. Common areas needed cleaning more often than not. Elevators had stuff spilled on floors. Hallways were in need of vacuuming.

The location and the atmosphere were great. Everything you need is in the same area.

That there wasn't at least a bottle of water in the room.

I did not fully understand what a "hearing accessible" room meant. It had an alarm system in the room that woke me and the guests in the room beside me. The staff did not know how to shut it off, and it lasted nearly an hour.

I loved the mirror in the bathroom and the spaciousness of the room. The eggs at breakfast were cold and not very good!!! BUT, the Cinnamon Rolls were WONDERFUL!!!

The shower did not drain well. This was very disconcerting. I hate standing in inches of water while showering.

We've stayed at this property multiple times now and it's always great. Staff are always friendly and everything is always clean and tidy.

Clean and convenient hotel. Only stopped one night on a road trip so just needed somewhereto sleep. Lots of chain restaurants close by.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of USB and wall socket points next to the bed for charging phones and laptops etc. AC worked well. Good desk layout for working. Check in and out was straight forward. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast option very limited - particularly if you have any dietary preferences or constraints. However worth noting that this lack of dietary options (e.g. plant based milks, vegetarian and vegan options) seemed to be the norm across the wider Dayton area, so this hotel did not stand out as unusual.

New, clean, and modern. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast and coffee were great!
