We had breakfast on one occasion. It was ample. The restaurant is separate from the hotel so you always have to pay.. It was fresha and to order. the food in the restaurant is very good. The actuakl hotel is a beautiful building with lots of character; the rooms are lovely although I would loft room as it is quite low.

Sauna and steam room were not easily available and had to be booked in 1 hour slots.

Me gustó mucho lo cuidado q tienen todos los detalles, el trato tan cercano y amable, y las camas son muy cómodas. Puebla es un pueblo precioso. Tuvimos un problema con la bañera hidromasaje, y en seguida vinieron a arreglarlo.

Really well located. The room was big enough for us and 2 kids and have everything that you need. The breakfast was really good, they have different options to choose.

The internet was slow to use Netflix.The bath tub was a bit dirty, but we change the water and it was fine.
