Very kind staff, broad choice of food for breakfast and dinner, nice balcony with excelent view.

Location and view

Air conditioning was broken and main pools were closed. Only 2 pools were open out of 5

the hotel position was perfect. Our suite was exceptional with 2 balconies & 2 toilets. The staff were extremely helpful & courteous and the Barista made the best cappuccino I’ve ever had!!!!

The only criticism was that water leaked out of the shower recess onto the floor tiles but there wasn’t a drain in the floor for the water instead water collected near the bathroom door. ???

Food one of the best we ever been. But lack of workers. Rooms nice. Cleaning service perfect. View from main terrace and dining is amazing.

Small kitchen area. Often too many people no place to sit. Major minus is at the room we have heard everything ftom the room next door through toilets. Many stairs to the beach.beds.... we had 2+2 room which means main bed is broken down to pieces and matracess are spreading away all the time. No way to hug with your half.

The view from the room is amazing! See my picture! We got room upgrade to a beach front room. The food for breakfast and dinner was various and good, always enough for all the people. Though, my brother that has dairy allergy had some difficulties to understand allergeneis for each dish and service people were not helpful. The hotel offers kid entertainment with games during the day and music in the evening, but be aware there is anything for adults. The swimming pool is usually full of kids.

The hotel claims 4stars, but is way overrated. Cleaning is not perfect, even bath charges are not provided daily (shower gel, soap and body lotion). They have basic amenities in the room, and the hair dryer was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. I was pretty disappointed to do not find any services, besides the room, restaurant, and a small swimming pool half covered (so most of the time in the shadows).

Breakfast and Dinner options were good. Rooms nicely decorated.

Lack of available drink options no draft beer in the bar. Parking was differcult. 3 Swimming pols at the back were not open and closed off for use. Rooms a little too small for family of 4.

3 min walk to the beach - the beach is fantastic. A supermarket is also nearby. Clean room, and a great view from the balcony.

Parking space is limited. Shower head to be replaced.

Free parking, dinner with drinks (beer and wine included), very good room services and tasty food.

Dinner is served relatively late (from 19:00-21:00). It would be more appropriate from 18:00.

No trash cans, bugs in the room, carpet is dirty, staff is rude and no shade on the terase of the room!! Dinner is fine but could be a lot better. Not worth the price!!!

The room is pretty nice. You don't even need a beachfront room to have a beautiful view out of your window. Even the side rooms provide panoramic views of the sloping hillside and of course the beautiful sea. What is also good, is that the balconies are separated from each other (so you don't really interact with the neighbors) and there's a sun blind to shield off the sun from the room. Inside the room, there's probably just about enough space, although it could be slightly bigger. The transformer bed is super, though - with the extendable parts ideal for small children. Food selection in the restaurant (at least for breakfast and dinner) was pretty Ok, even with some local dishes. However, there're some big problems with the service - please read the 'don't likes'.

Parking - obviously too small for the amount of visitors coming by cars. Judging by the other comments and reviews, management are clearly aware of the problem, but appears not to care about it. Looking for a parking space nearby is also a headache, because it's all apartments around, and of course there're visitors, too. It all results in the fact, that once a spot is found, people tend to keep the car there during their whole stay - instead of driving around the beautiful countryside. Dinner - every evening, there's a huge line winding down to the restaurant. With the dinner starting at 7, people start to line up as early as 6:30, and the queue remains during the whole time... Also the buffet has no separations or sections' divisions, so once you come for food, you don't really know in what part of the (huge) line you should stand for the food that you like to take. Again, it's obvious that the management acknowledges the problem, but doesn't do anything to solve it. In our opinion, it could be improved by at least starting dinner at 6. Otherwise, it's a nightmare experience, so we don't recommend booking half board in this hotel. And there's no coffee machine there! Just pots with black coffee and milk - first time we see such thing in a 4-star hotel. Not for the restaurant, but about the bar: we were quite shocked when the barmen used tap water for a cocktail that we ordered... Staff - We found some of them quite unfriendly, however there were some nice and smiling people, too. Lifts - only 2 working lifts for a tall building with many visitors, which results in chaos during the peak time. Swimming pool - very small, only fits children, but not suitable for adults. Also not nice that people are allowed to smoke there - especially if you consider there're mainly children there who have to breath it in.

- Pools were closed except children‘s pool - Air condition failed half of the time of our stay - mini fridge (empty) - parking spaces (with a lock) are available for customers but reception did not tell us. We had to search on the public places which was exhausting. Breakfast: is a mix of everything but not sorted. Example, you get your cup of coffee near the entrance but have to get cold milk at the opposite side of the room which is quite far. Tables have no salt/pepper. Always have to ask the service staff… No check of the room numbers… at breakfast anybody could possibly enjoy the food… In general: staff is annoyed when you have a request and delegate things quickly with short answers like: we are not responsible… we don’t know and you are not the first person who asks us (asked on the problems with air conditioning)…
