Good value for money. Simple apartment with all needed amenities for a few days stay. Super close to the beach, nice options to eat around, supermarkets, ATMs, 15 min drive to most clubs, just super!

There were no mosquito nets on the windows, so that was a big minus for us. We were chasing mosquitos every night. There were also some super annoying and loud teenagers next to our apartment. Had to go tell them to shut up 2 times. Barely managed to get to sleep at 3am. But of course, that's not the property's fault, but perhaps booking could be restricted to people under 25.

Great location at Cala Llonga. Near the beach. Standard apartment. All good.

There is absolutely nothing I could fault with this accommodation. The facilities and pool are immaculate, the location is very central and incredible. The owner is extremely helpful and the apartment was comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. It was amazing.

I absolutely adore the lovely lady named Paquita; who met me to deliver the keys. She is friendly, hard working with a big smile and such a great person to be greeted by. I will definitely be going back.

There was not really much that we truly liked about the place, but in fairness, two things are excellent: - Location is 30 sec away from Cala Llonga beach - The apartment has a nice balcony

Unfortunately there was a lot that was not to like about this place. (1) The apartment is dirty. — There were COCKROACHES in the bathroom. I killed 2 of them, thinking it would be a coincidence. But cockroaches are never a coincidence. When we told the owner, she simply said: “Ah okay, yeah well we aren’t here every day so we can’t know”. Honestly seemed like she couldn’t care less. She then said she would spray it, and that I needed to stay out of the apartment for a couple hours to get the smell out.. — The “cleaning lady” only came once, and honestly, nothing was really cleaned. Same that were out there were still there. — All the glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, .. everything is sticky. Not from humidity, but due to dirt. (2) The apartment is sooo hot. There is only 1 air conditioning unit in the living room. There are two fans in each bedroom, but one of the fans made the most annoying sound in the world (screeching / high pitched sounds) because it was broken. As such, it made noise but literally did nothing to even ventilate. (3) Personally, we found the owner to be rude and unpleasant. This is personal, of course, but it is our experience. — She didn’t give any explanation whatsoever about the apartment. None at all. Only came to collect her money and that was it. — Communication is non-existent. As mentioned, we had cockroaches in the apartment. She said she would spray it, and told us to stay out of the apartment for the next 8 hours for the smell. Not very practical if you ask me.. but either way, she never sent any confirmation or any apology about the situation, not once. — She enters the apartment whenever she pleases. I was standing in the apartment in my underwear at 10am and my brother was in the shower. Suddenly she just decides to enter. No knock, no message, nothing. I think that’s inappropriate.
