Nearby airport. Big room.

Room service was not so active.

The property is getting worn out and not being maintained properly. The rooms are not properly maintained.

They insulted us abut a small confusion. we thought we paid the money Thru the booking.com The staff attacked us like we did some crime. They said ppl like you do these con stuff. want to stay free. we had two kids with us how can we even think like that. They have different policy about the payment I understand but we have completely different payment policy in America. If a family comes from America for Vacation with their kids they plan everything in details to have a great time with their kids with a pleasurable experience my kids visited India first time. and they got scared when these ppl shouted at us. I won’t trust Hyatt and Booking policy and professionalism
