My daughter and I were visiting Hot Springs for a volleyball tourney, and the hotels were so overpriced. We enjoyed having our little spot on the water for a similar price. Just as described, and we felt quite safe. Easy peasy.

Wonderful view
Loved the view , everything was nice except inconveniences that aren’t conrtrolled by the lister .

Great place!
Everything was as described! View of the lake from the balcony and the dock was amazing! Short distance to downtown which was nice. Definitely recommend!

Girls’ Trip 2021
Four of us ‘girls’ had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of room for us and our luggage, the kitchen area was just right and the location was perfect! We will return!

We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Every time we asked, "I wonder if they have...", we found it. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great!! I loved that it was right off the water with a beautiful view. We will definitely stay again!! My only ask is that more items would be provided in the room, more plates etc. Otherwise it was absolutely great.
