Everything was awesome!! Our last girl's trip for 2023 was for relaxing and enjoying each other and we accomplished both. From online pictures to actually seeing, it in person everything was exact as described. The place was clean, and the view of the beach was awesome.

Family and myself had a wonderful time staying here. Just a few minor things: inside the dishwasher was dirty, a stain on a throw pillow on the master bed, a missing outlet cover in one of the other bedrooms which I went ahead and installed so my grandson would be safe and the worst is when we arrived in one of the bathrooms the toilet had stagnated waste, and the room stunk and we arrived on Saturday evening, and I was not going to wait for maintenance so my wife and I took care of everything ourselves.

The property was great. Truly it was. The view, the location. However, whenever we would walk into the property, the security team would never stop me, or my fellows that were white. However, we had a single African American friend. He was literally stopped twice and made to be sure he was a resident. We complained and got into an intense discussion with the security team. It was a beyond frustrating and disappointing moment. I’m hoping they do better in the future. However, everything else was wonderful.

Had everything we needed. Condo was clean, nice furniture, and had a great view. Highly recommend.

The main sliding door is broken, had to call maintenance. They were prompt but unable to fix. The shower in one of the bathroom shoots water at the wall and leaking amd toilet doesn’t flush good. The cleanliness of the condo was not good. Crayons and dirt on the floor as though not swept or mopped. It really needed a good cleaning.

This condo was clean and nicely decorated. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen and one bath had been redone with quality cabinetry. The kitchen was also well-equipped and samples of detergents and toiletry items were provided along with a generous supply of towels. We had two maintenance issues with immediate responses from the property company. Unfortunately the door from the living room to balcony could not be repaired during our stay limiting our access to the outdoors. The plastic folding master bedroom door could be replaced with French doors for more privacy and a better appearance. But neither of these issues would prevent us from renting this unit in the future. We enjoyed the second floor location and close proximity to the resort entrance.

Sitting on the Balcony Feels Like You Are Sitting on the Beach
The room was clean and the second floor location made it feel like you are practically sitting on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in this room. We loved that it had an electric recliner and two swivel chairs in the living room. You rarely see a recliner in a condo. It was well-stocked with towels and linens. The only drawbacks are that the TV's are very small, especially in the secondary bedrooms. Also, the master bedroom doesn't have a door between it and the living room. It has a strange accordion style sliding wall that closes off and has about a 3 inch gap between it and the floor, so this may be an issue for some who want more privacy.

Good spot for a quick stay
Had a nice time visiting for a gymnastics meet. Host was very responsive and property was as advertised. Would stay again.

Was impressed the room was clean with newer furnishings. Great view from the balcony and very convenient second floor location you can take the stairs and not wait on the elevator. Can opener was broken on arrival and they brought us a new one within 30 minutes. This was a great place to stay!

Great place for a family
The unit was perfect for our family. We've been to the Edgewater before, so we knew the area. The second floor unit was great because we got views of the beach/ ocean, but we could also make use of the stairway right by our door. It was a short walk to the beach and to multiple pools. I brought my push cart and walked across the bridge to play 9 holes of golf each morning. Great location and great experience!

Concerns were some of the outlets were not working the balcony’s railing bars were so far spaced out it was easy for an small child to slip through and fall off the balcony
Should definitely be addressed before another booking and fixed before an accident happens
