My room has no view

A charming, peaceful. historic hotel on the banks of the Lütschine river. The hotel is very close to Wilderswil sttaon with good connections by bus or train. There are plenty of places in walking distance in the town. Our rooms overlooked the river and the valley. The hotel is charming and comfortable as expected from a historic property. Very good breakfast buffet and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day which was much appreciated,

Studio was perfect for our needs, easy convenient location for travelling around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful despite some difficulties explaining in English.

There is no air conditioner The staff don’t speak English There is no elevator and our room was at the floor number 2

This is a bed & breakfast establishment, not a five star hotel. So everything was value for money. Check in was easy, the room was larger than we expected and spacious with two chairs for two people (not all hotel rooms have that) and a balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Linen is changed every four days. The breakfast was help yourself with plenty of options all provided every day and kept topped up. The hotel is in a lovely location in Wilderswil by the river, church and an old bridge and only a few minutes walk from the railway station

The location is great for exploring the areas of lauterbrunnen/ Interlaken.There is a beautiful river next to it. Everything at breakfast was fresh

The beautiful and comfy hotel was perfectly situated in the little town of Wilderswil, steps from the local train stop on the way to the Jungfrau, but hidden across the river, accessed by a lovely coveted bridge.

My only complaint was if you wanted to sleep late, the light window shades made the difficult

Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to train and bus station, very clean and taken care of, breakfast was ok for the price. Good option if accomodation is not a priority like our case, no luxury just basic ammenities.

There is a church right next to the window and it rings all day and night every hour, and for us it was a little too noisy and frecuent. The mattress was not good, it was very shaky, noise and not in good shape anymore, if the mattress gets changed I think it would be almost perfect for the price. Breakfast was good, just wish I had some scramble eggs, because there was only boiled egg which we are not used to eating in the morning like that, but that's a very personal perspective due to our traditions. Regarding the service provided nobody received us at the reception, we actually never saw anybody at the reception at all during our 3 days, the keys were left at the desk on an envelope with my name, which is ok to promote the self assistance, I just would expect someone to let me know about the self check in method in advanced to avoid guessing our way in.

Hotel is well located. Room is well-equipped and quite clean. Breakfast is great. Great view from hotel.

All was perfect! Super nice and comfy bedrooms with lovely staf and a great breakfast. Super environment-friendly culture as well! There's parking if you go by car and they give you a free transport pass to take the local trains aswell for free..

The room was cozy and updated. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is away from the crowds, but central to everything.

The church next door rings the bell all day and all night, every 15 minutes. We finally got used to it

The hotel has a really beautiful view of the lake, close to town and train station! Breakfast was also nice, with a variety of options to choose from.

Near to Wilderswill train station. Change of Towels everyday. Kettle & coffee & tea. I am in love with Hibiscus tea that they provide in the room. Near river. Breakfast included. firm bed which I like after long day. clean sheets & pillowcases. Queen size bed. Perfect for our stay. For entrance need to press the code on the door. Met host during checkout only. On 1st day for check in, keys were kept at the reception in an envelope with my name on it. ( I want that Hisbiscus tea brand name pls 😊)

The road to hotel is too spooky. I don’t think one can walk alone in night, but hardly 700 meters distance. Breakfast monotonous, more options would be appreciated.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed and pillows. The hosts were extremely accommodating as we had a very early start for our flight on the day of departure and they very kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us. The location was idyllic and a great starting point for many hikes. We will definitely return. Short distance from the train station. Thank you.

It's just 5mins from wilderswil Bahnhof and with picturesque mountain view. The breakfast was good.

Locker facility was not there. They asked to keep luggage at the reception where no body is there to attend and is unsafe.

Hotel well located only 2 min away from the train station, great brekky with delicious Laugenbaguette, cozy room with very comfy mattress and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The man in charge was rude, arrogant, with no communication skills and should not be in charge or go near or be involved with the hospitality sector This man should pack his case and be booted out of the front door. This man is also a twister where money is concerned. He stole money off of my credit adding extra money with out my consent when I looked away to cough as my wife and I were leaving early because we both I’ll with possibly Covid. We were told that our dog 🐕 could stay for free when we arrived on check in and then we were told I’ve changed my mind. Another customer was sitting down with her family and looked up and said this guy is so rude he was the same to myself and my family when we all arrived.

Stunning location, great breakfast, 1 min to the train station .
