We had stayed at Jessica's place a couple of summers ago, had a great stay and were really happy to come back. The place and location were perfect for our needs, Jessica and her property manager Shannon were extremely helpful and responsive (eg they communicated to make sure they had snow clearance in time for our departure!). We'd only like to note two things that a potential renter might want to know (and in no way impacted our stay): 1. The onsite parking is really convenient but it is a tight fit so pick your rental car accordingly 2. As the top unit (which is great for noise purposes and access to the deck weather permitting) one should be prepared for some stairs. Again wonderful host(s), place and location, thanks Jessica!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The property exceeded our expectations by far. The unit was spacious and in such a wonderful neighborhood. We could walk wherever we needed to be and we’re close to public transportation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The rooftop was a nice addition with wonderful city views. Quite spacious too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Chicago. Can’t wait until next time!

We had to find a place last minute for my family to spend the holidays together. The open (and well stocked) kitchen, dining room, and living room combo was perfect. We had plenty of space to accommodate the entire family (dog included) and holiday gifts. The property manager and owner were flexible and very responsive. Really appreciative for everything - made the holidays less stressful. Thank you!

Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful condo with our group! We had a great time and couldn't have asked for anything more. Host and property manager both were proactive and communicative, going out of their way to ensure we had all the info we needed for our stay.
Great location and neighborhood - plenty of food options nearby. Was surprised by how quiet things were in the neighborhood at night.
Loved the rooftop views and space. City skyline at night is spectacular.
The entire condo was impeccably clean, well-stocked, smelled great, and in great condition.

This place was fantastic in so many ways. Inside was super clean, perfectly stocked from towels/linens, to many extra comfy pillows, to coffee bar supplies, to great lighting options.
We really enjoyed the great room together. The fire was cozy and looked great. The kitchen/dining room area had good space for all nine of us to hang out together.
The rooftop set up was the best though. Excellent space up too with a great view. It was well decorated with party lights and the perfect furniture. The fact that there is also a really nice bathroom up there makes it even better!
I absolutely suggest this place for a fun party spot in Chicago!

I came to run the Chicago Marathon and had my four best friends there to support me, so having a place where we could all gather together was a top priority and this place had it all! It had all of the amenities we needed and we loved how the living room/kitchen area was set up so that we could all hang out together. The needs were comfy and the decor was fantastic!
As you will see in other reviews the rooftop view is amazing! It was a bit chilly for us to stay up their too long, but we found ourselves going up each night to see the city lights.
The stairs were challenging when carrying in luggage, we all joked that it was a good workout though. They are even more challenging after running a marathon! Luckily, there was a jetted tub that helped soothe my aching muscles.
I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Chicago. Jessica and Shannon are great communicators and really put a lot of thought into making this place feel like your home away from home!

Clean, beautiful, safe accommodations. Extremely comfortable for the 6 of us. It was great having everything we needed including extra pillows and blankets. Loved having a washer and dryer too. Safe parking on the street for 4 days. One of the few places that allowed smoking outside. Being outside the smoke never reached the inside.

We loved this VRBO!! I recently went with a group of friends for a trip to Chicago. This place can fit 9 in my opinion, but it depends on how cozy you are with your guests. There is a lot of shared space but we had 7 and were comfy. There are also bedrooms for when privacy is needed. Three amazing things about this place 1) the big beautiful kitchen where we could all gather around the island and play games. 2) very large dining table for shared meals. 3) THE ROOFTOP. The rooftop is an amazing view with lots of seating. The only thing to consider for this place that doesn’t show well in the pictures are the stairs leading up - the VRBO is on the third floor of a tall building and the steps are quiet steep. We struggled getting our bags up/down but it was definitely worth it.

We hosted a large dinner party and the apartment came fully stocked with everything we would need for that! The listing let us know exactly what serving ware she had and it was all we needed! The rooftop is huge with an amazing view of downtown! The beds were comfortable!

Perfect stay for a large group. Beautifully decorated with just about everything you need. The rooftop terrace with a view is a huge plus!! The host and property manager were friendly and helpful from booking through checkout. I’d recommend packing light if you can because there are lots of steps!!

Great accommodations for family event/birthday celebration over the Fourth of July. Plenty of room for 7 of us and the property is modern and clean. Fantastic view of city skyline and fireworks all over the city on the 4th from the roof. One minor caveat for those who may not be as spry as they used to be: getting to the condo in a a climb up 3 rather steep flights of stairs. That said would definitely book again

The penthouse was beautiful- everything as stated and more. Fantastic view from the rooftop! Super clean, great location for our wedding festivities in the West Loop. Jessica was a great hostess, very thorough and communicative. We highly recommend this property.

We hosted my sister‘s bachelorette here and it was just awesome. We had plenty of room to move around, loved all of the upscale amenities especially the shower! The bed was super comfy ! The outdoor deck was nice. The front room had a very good vibe. Everything was superb. Property manager was helpful. The stairs were killer though. There are two flights just to get up to the floor we are stayed at Thank goodness I had help with luggage! Great neighborhood! Would definitely rent again!

The place was immaculate! Decoration was on point. The rooftop was perfect with amazing views. Cozy rooms with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Located in a wonderful sleepy neighborhood, this property is perfect for those that spend little time in Chicago. There is a wide selection of great food, bars, music venues, markets, and shops all around!
On top of the location, the VRBO itself is spotless clean, fully stocked, and has every amenity of home. It was easy to feel safe and at home here. Big city life can feel intimidating at times, but this was a real treat and felt unbelievably comforting.
Jessica has been wonderful with step by step instructions, communication, and friendliness along the way.
Head upstairs to the rooftop deck after dark for a cocktail or evening tea and enjoy one of the best views of the city around.

Good location, great communication with the manager. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the large roof-top deck and city view! Would make ideal place for a girls trip. Lots of stairs but it was not a problem for us. It was nice to have secure parking too.

The place is great! It has rooftop access with a cool view of the city. There are plenty of sleeping spots for a group of friends. The manager was very communicative and responsive when we had any questions.

My partner and I stayed here for his 25th and photos don’t do the property justice. The private rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city and the space is perfect for hosting a group of people. The owner and property manager are very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. 10/10 recommend.

The location and space are absolutely perfect for a nice getaway with friends. The private rooftop is completely undersold in the description. It’s a huge space with plenty of seating, a spectacular view of the city skyline (especially at night) and a rooftop half bath to save a few steps. Fully stocked and functional kitchen. Clean and comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to countless restaurants, bars and shops. My friends and I had a wonderful experience.

We had such a good time! Great property for a gathering of old friends. Hanging out around the big island, playing games at the huge dining room table and enjoying the gorgeous skyline view from the rooftop deck. The climb with luggage to the 3rd floor is a steep one, but that got our workout out of the way right off. One slight hiccup was addressed immediately by Jessica and Shannon. All in all, a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend.
