Very close to station, walking distance into town, beautiful views from rooftop terrace, kettle and coffee making facilities, room spacious and comfortable

Reception closes at 8 pm, so if arriving late, access is not straightforward, although the staff were very helpful in making arrangements. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive

Great location, room has all amenities needed.

Mattress had some stains, found ant traps in room.

the bed was fairly comfortable even though it was 2 beds pushed together and the breakfast was ok, lots of variety, it had a nice terrace in the breakfast area

the building's entrances looked sketchy and so did the garage, the bathroom was older, there was a bit of mold under the grout and the shower head was full of limestone spraying water everywhere

Difficult getting into the breakfast room - the key or the lock didn’t work on my visit.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the near proximity to the city hall. I Liked breakfast and the public terrace view all over Klangenfurt.

Pillows were too soft. Also instructions provided to reach the reception weren't enough. Customers may get lost while following the stairs and reaching a non-accessible door.

I forgot my card for the room in the room - my mistake, but ... - so I needed to spend the whole night in the couch at the reception which hasn't worked from 20.30 to 6.30. I almost 20 times called the number for the emergency cases but nobody answered. That's very unproffesional fot the hotel. If you offer that kind of help to the guests of the hotel then somebody should be answering the phone.
