Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut.
Das Zimmer war definitiv mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. An den Wänden waren undefinierbare Spritzer zu erkennen. Das Bad hat einen ungepflegten und dreckigen Eindruck gemacht. Die Beleuchtung hat ein unangenehmes Fiep-Geräusch gemacht. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, es war Staub an vielen Stellen zu erkennen. Die Fenster ließen sich zwar öffnen, aber nur schwer wieder schließen, da der Klappmechanismus nicht gut funktioniert hat.

I booked this last minute and I guess the price was ok but my room smelled super smokey.. I also didn’t like the carpet on the floor. Just doesn’t seem sanitary to have a carpet in a hotel room. Location felt too far from nearest public tram but the positive things were that it was quite and the staff was really really nice

I contact the hotel for some information before my arrival, the staff was very fast and corporative
I arrived early to the hotel, the reception offered me a very warm and nice welcoming and did his best to make ready a room for me.
The breakfast was perfect , all fresh , I loved it very much
Next trip to Frankfurt for sure it would be my first priority.
I recomend Pearl Hotel for single or family trip

Room was of big size, comfy and clean. Breakfast is also very good and has a good variety.
Drinking water is not included in room cost and you have to purchase it.

It’s located not too far away from the main station.
It looks somehow different from pictures, gotta say that my friend and I were underwhelmed when we first arrived. Bathroom comes with stain which can’t be removed, we requested the cleaner to clean it, yet we were told that it’s a spot where they can remove.

Room, bathroom and bed were excelent. We enjoyed the breakfast also. The location is rather close to many landmarks.
The underground car park is dangerous. They should rent it as traffic training area. So many pillars make it nearly impossible to manoeuver your car without scratches.

The person at the desk was very nice. The bed was really comfortable. Great shower and well located. Breakfast pretty solid. Would love more fruit. Would definitely stay again.
Tte property itself is dated. The room has an old and weathered carpet and the pillows were coming apart.

The staff was very friendly. We liked the quality and quantity of the breakfast. The rain shower was great.
There is very fluffy carpet in the rooms which always feels a bit dirty. The mattresses were two singles and weren't hold together, so throughout the night they shifted apart.

the location is near the train station, grocery and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable also the duche was relaxing. The breakfast is very complete and delicious.

Very rarely do I commit to returning to a hotel (especially in Germany), but this one is an exception. The hotel has excellent value for money ratio, the staff was extremely kind and courteous, the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast had all the necessary choices and was accommodating to different food requirements. Very comfortable bathroom as well! I also received a room upgrade which was extra nice! Location-wise, the hotel is 15min from the station in the Gutleutviertel, close to the river but away from all the mess of the Bahnhofsviertel. Very strongly recommended, I personally can't wait to stay again in Pearl.
Some spots in the bathroom were not cleaned completely and there were some worn out elements, but nothing too disturbing.
