The house location and host were great! The kitchen is incredible. The back yard beach was a great alternative. The site has everything you need. Tim was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. Great week at the shore!!

We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The primary bedroom is great, with a connected office. The living area is spacious and very clean. Would recommend!

We loved the view. Great kitchen, its was a focal point for family meals. Very comfortable and warm around the fireplace. We very much agreed it was a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay! It's currently the off-season but my fiancée and I were looking for a change of scenery. This property has everything you want in a beach house. Plenty of space, great kitchen and outdoor deck area. Even though it doesn't have direct beach access from the property, there are access points feet from the house in either direction. Very easy to get onto the beach. It's located minutes from local restaurants and bars, that are open even in the off season. Also, being a pet friendly property meant that we were about to bring our dog along with us.
Tim was a great host with great communication. We would absolutely rent this property again!

Wonderful location, great kitchen for a family gathering. We loved the family room/great room for Board games. They also had lots of games to choose from!

This is an amazing home for a family vacation. The location is perfect, with everything you need very close. It is an extremely peaceful property directly oceanfront.

This property was in the perfect location for our planned beachfront wedding. The property had all the amenities we needed and even a few we didn’t Communication with the owner was great when we had a small issue. We all loved the property and location and would happily stay here again

Early Summer Getaway
This property is beautiful. Our family of six stayed after attending a funeral and it was just what we needed. It is right at the beach. The house has everything you need from making a delicious dinner to having a great time on the beach. We will absolutely be staying again in the future.

Great Escape from reality
What a great weekend in Lavalette! Amazing views and such a comfortable feel of home away from home. Tim was so attentive to any questions we had which made it all the better. Thank you, Tim!

Great property, great location and amazing views!
We had a great stay at this home. The view of the ocean from all floors was amazing. We saw dolphins in the water multiple times during the week. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking (Patti’s Kitchen was a two minute walk - great for breakfast). There is a pathway to the beach one minute from the house which was great for taking walks to the beach with our young children and elderly grandmother. The homeowner was incredibly communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would jump at a chance to rent again!

Beautiful house, amazing location, great property owner - seamless experience to check-in and start enjoying the property - owner was super responsive to all of our questions and a really nice guy - would definitely stay again soon!
