This was such a lovely bungalow. They had everything we needed plus a wonderful back yard. We would definitely stay here again.

Location for convenient. Cottage was clean. Both occupants were over 70 and steps to enter cottage needed hand rails.

The home is small, in a convenient location to downtown. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom/shower was great and the back patio is the game changer. We were there for Labor Day weekend and rarely went inside as the weather was so nice.

Firefly Lodge was a nice and convenient home for our short stay in Prescott. Clean and close to downtown.

This little house was even better than pictured! It was easy to check in to, very clean, and decorated perfectly. We had everything we needed for a perfect 3-day weekend. It is located close to Whiskey Row but far enough away from the crowds. I will be staying here again!

Cute place very comfortable well decorated and appointed. Very quiet beds were comfortable would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Me and my husband stayed here three nights while visiting Prescott. The location is good, very close to Whiskey Row and downtown with lots of local shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. The outdoor area is very pretty, a nice space to relax in. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - coffee, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc and a well stocked kitchen (appliances, cookware, etc). I was super impressed by the organization in the kitchen. Most VRBO’s the kitchen items are randomly stored in the cabinets and drawers. Not this place, everything was labeled! My OCD heart was happy! I also loved the amount of books throughout the house. I love to read so it was fun to check out the “library” available. The ONLY complaint is that the lights beside the TV can’t be turned off while watching TV. They are connected to the same power source as the TV. We didn’t see any off switches for them either. So it was a little awkward watching a movie at night with the bright lights. Other than that small detail we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the ambiance of this quaint little cottage. It provided everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent every morning on the patio having coffee and listening to the birds, then every evening having a beverage and watching the sky fade to night. Parking and access to nearby amenities was a plus. It is close to a short trail along a creek and one mile from wonderful trails at a park where I couldn't tell I was in the city. We will be back.

Refrigerator was not cooling. Didn’t realize it until the next morning. We were planning on eating meals. Things like this happen but when I informed the property manager and said we were leaving early and ask for a refund of 1/2 my rent, she said she wound have to wait for a report from the repair person. Who wants to deal with a repair person who gives you a 4 hour window while on vacation or leave their stuff while somebody they don’t know comes in and checks out an alliance?

Just a quick road trip with the kids. We had a blast very close to all the amenities.

Wonderful decor, comfortable furniture and fantastic location.

It was good and cozy. But several things were broken. I left notes for the cleaners.

We loved our stay at the Firefly Lodge. Super cute (loved the firefly lights). Easy check in and check out! Only downside was there was no wine opener. :-)

The property is professionally managed as opposed to owner managed. That enabled immediate and excellent responsiveness to our needs.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Great location by the courthouse downtown. The only down fall is the hot water in the kitchen and bathroom was not working, and the shower head in the bathroom came off. Other than that it was a great trip and would recommend to friends and family.

Took my parents to Prescott for the first time to show them around. We loved the location and design of the home including the backyard set up. Only had an issue with door lock but overall had a great weekend stay.

The house was as stated. The west bedroom has a wonderful, comfortable bed. It was very cold with windy conditions outside but the inside was warm & cozy with the forced air heat from the floor. The kitchen was very nice with art deco small appliances. The refrigerator ice maker was not working. A few more utensils would help. The backyard was perfect! Completely fenced in with two tiers and nice furniture and plants/trees. My dog loved it! The property management staff is very responsive and makes every effort for your comfort.

This cute little house was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. Close to downtown and a grocery store. When we had trouble with the locks, the property manager responded promptly.

Perfect for a couple day stay.

I am in love with this place! It brought back many memories of when I was growing up in Ohio. From the layout to them cozy atmosphere. I look forward to staying again. My best friend stayed with me. We really enjoyed our time at Firefox. Thank you Sarah for having us!

Loved our stay. House was perfect for my family of four. Beds were absolutely great (which is important to us)! Had everything we needed, nicely stocked. My kids loved how cute and cozy it was. Very close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was adorable. It was easily accessible and very clean. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well appointed. We would happily stay again.

This was a bit of a mixed bag. Cute little house with a great backyard that is fenced and that makes things really easy if you have pets. Close to the courthouse and the neighborhood felt fairly safe. Fairly comfortable beds - no aches and pains in the morning from that. Decently appointed kitchen. They need to check their stock of supplied spices and foods for expiration dates. They were out of pepper, which made it hard to make a roast. Nice assortment of cooking stuff. I am not sure the dishwasher works well... it never opened the soap dispenser or ran a drying cycle. This could have been user error. We ended up doing them by hand. There were three main drawbacks. The couch... it has been stated in other reviews... this thing should be banned. Sitting on it is a form of torture! It is so uncomfortable. The second issue is the TV. It is a Visio Smart TV that moves at a SNAILS pace. It is also placed just below the ceiling and over a foot above the mantel. Between the pain of sitting on the couch, the TV speed and the TV placement we were frustrated since our goal was to sit and watch movies for a few days. The final issue we had was the plumbing. Every time we flushed the toilette liquid came up to the base of the tub drain and gurgled. There was also a sewer pipe in the front yard that did not have a top and was overflowing with used toilette paper. Since we could not sit on the couch, watch the TV or bring ourselves to get in the shower, we ended up leaving a day early. If you want to be close to the courthouse area and will have a short visit just for a place to sleep this would work. If you are looking for a weeklong vacation where you will be hanging out at the rental, you might want to look elsewhere.

All was good. Place was a little small wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Definitely would recommend to the property owners to try to make it more handicap accessible. Stairs need hand rails and the concrete needs fixing. Understand that it was built in 1933 but it’s very dangerous in icy conditions. Place was clean had clean linens and enjoyed the location close to Whiskey Row.

It was a really great and comfortable home has everything you need and close to whiskey row the only thing I would recommend is a new couch very uncomfortable other than that it was great!! I would definitely stay agin.

Just a ten minute walk to downtown, it was perfect home for a small group (2-4 people)!

Firefly Lodge was a very positive experience overall. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the indoor fireplace. The only downside was that size of the home and the single bathroom. Five guests would have been more realistic, but six guests was not very practical.
