We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the property and accommodations exceeded our expectations. It is in a perfect location in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The off street parking is such a bonus. The property is very clean as are all the common areas. We would most definitely stay here again.

I was under impression that we are renting the whole house , as it was advertised. Wish I knew that sooner that it’s only room in the house and walk through kitchen for everyone .

Although we did not physically meet the owners of the property, all communications through email was always on-time (i.e. receive the door codes). Property was perfectly clean and the location to the downtown is a 2 min walk. Will definitely look to stay here again.

My partner and I and our pup very much enjoyed our visit. The property is well maintained, our room was spacious and very clean and the proximity to the attractions of Newport could not be beat. It was also wonderful to have on-site parking. Because of the location close to everything, we were able to do our day time sight seeing and shopping and take a restorative break in our room before taking an evening stroll. Thanks for a much needed respite.

FIVE-STARS all around!!!! My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days and this place served as the perfect accommodation for her and our dog. We were SO IMPRESSED with how CLEAN and organized it was and the building’s location could not have been more perfect. We could walk to everything. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery (being surrounded by the blocks’ historical homes), even directly outside our window. Can’t forget the brilliant dark ‘make-up’ towels provided to guests, which really impressed the wife! We will definitely keep this location in our minds for future visits. Cheers!

Nice Place
Nice condo right in the heart of Newport! Wifey and I stayed for a couple of days. Very clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were nice and soft. Bathroom very clean with a good shower. Thank you Mathew!

This was one of our favorite places to stay in Newport. It was the perfect winter getaway… reasonable price, gorgeous accommodations, close to everything in walking distance, easy parking and amazing communication! We will be booking again!

Loved the lactation close to harbor restaurants and shops! Easy walk to many shops and attractions! Would recommend installing a hook on bathroom door and USB outlets for clients!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the location. It's in heart of Newport and in walking distance to everything! The host has considered everything and each room is modern and comfortable. The other guests that we met in passing were friendly. The house is exceptionally quiet and luxurious. Having a place to park our car in the driveway was worth its weight in gold. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, easy private parking, modern and clean- was like staying on a hotel only better- fully equipped kitchen on main floor and tiny room fridge allowed me to prepare/store meals. Would highly recommend!

This property is in the heart of Newport - walking distance to everything so it is perfectly located. I love the on-site parking, codes to doors for check-in - It is just a lovely place to stay - room 7 is very spacious and has a mini frig. The only nit is the noise from the front street if people are loud at night. The other people staying in the place can be loud as well since we all share the common areas - I wish there was a quiet code after 11p and you share the thermostat so that can be a battle but overall we loved it and would definitely stay in this room again.
