It was very peaceful and comfortable! The lighthouse is unique and very well maintained!

Loved the remoteness of the place, quite and peaceful, yet close to Fryeburg and just a little further to N. Conway. Just as a guest in the past has suggested, towel racks in the bathrooms would be nice and coasters...I know that this is a newer place so maybe it's coming but the walls need decorating, very bare. Also don't remember there being a fireplace as listed on amenities list?? Can't wait to see what's next on the property besides the boat!

We really enjoyed our stay! This lighthouse is so cute and extremely clean! The view is beautiful! We love the area it is in and we love Fryeburg because my husband grew up there. We would stay here again and again!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Nice quiet area. We enjoyed the region. Lots of things to do and see. We heard an owl one night and had two deer peering through the kitchen window one morning. We plan on going back again. We are looking forward to seeing the completion of the next rental on the property.

First of all, I could live in just the master bedroom and be 😊. This rental is well stocked and super comfortable. We would like to visit again:)

The place was extremely clean. It was a very cute place. The location was great. The place was stocked well with many things and had very comfortable beds and nice furniture. However, the master was in the loft with 8 windows that had no window coverings at all. On top of that the skylight was right over the bed to shine the sun right on you first thing. So if you’re an early riser it’s great but if your not this may be a problem for you. There was also no blinds on any of the windows on the other levels as well. This left us feeling very exposed and a bit uncomfortable. One other thing I would recommend to the owners would be to install towel racks in the bathrooms for hand towels and bath towels, especially since there isn’t a lot of counter space. Finally, some coasters for glasses would help to protect the lovely furniture in the place. I believe the owners are just starting with this project of theirs so I am sure they are still working out some kinks. Hopefully this will be looked upon as a helpful critique. Any issues we mhad are all very easily fixed in order to make this a 5 star rental easily.

Loft area was very cozy, curious to stay on the other rental property next to the Lighthouse.

This location and property were perfect for my husband and I to rest, recharge and celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and set away from people but a very short drive to the cute town of Fryeburg or N.Conway. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

The lighthouse was a great place to stay, very clean and close enough to go out and do things. Owner is a great guy!

Had a lot of fun riding the local trails and the location was great. House was perfect for us.

My partner and her 8 year old had a great time at this property. The house is clean and modern and had just about everything we needed, barring a few kitchen items such as a good chef's knife. We ended up cooking a lot and were able to make do with what was there. The house was immaculate. Just be warned there is no door on the master bedroom - if you have small people traveling with you that like to surprise you. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Very quiet and nice space. However, when the description said 10 acres, I didn’t expect much of the immediate surroundings were gravel and dirt. Not an accurate description of the space. All in all, it was a nice weekend but would have appreciated more accurate listings.

Such a well needed mini vacation, absolutely love the home and how unique it was. Expected the property to be a little different but I love the concept of what they plan to build there. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a fun relaxing time, loved playing board games together. The home is brand new and had everything we needed. Coffee shop in town also amazing. Barbecue smokehouse in town was awesome try it out. Bob has great plans for future places, able meet him before leaving.

Beautiful house, nice private and very quiet property. Very easy to settle in and relax. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to unwind the a much needed vacation!

It was hard to find the iron when we needed it but we eventually found it in a box in the kitchen. The grounds surrounding the lighthouse looked more like a construction site which we didn’t expect but the cleanliness of the lighthouse made up for it. Overall a good place to stay.

The lighthouse is very new, clean and pleasant. Plenty of space, warm and great natural light in the upstairs master bedroom - Definitely enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could’ve made it better is WiFi since it’s in a deadzone. Really no complaints though. Thanks Bob!
