This was an amazing place our family had a great time and we loved being able to all be together. Thank you Ruben

The location is amazing and the host was great but unfortunately there was what looked like roaches in the house one even crawled up my daughters arm while laying on the bed and The AC in the main upstairs during the day was ok but at night it was insanely hot and the AC thermostat is locked so we could not control the temp which was a huge bummer because it was set at 75. The rooms down stairs have portable AC but they did not work at all. We spent most of our day in the river which the location was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice property with beautiful view. Very clean. But two bedrooms don’t have direct access to a restroom (you have to go outside and into the main living space) and also did not seem to have heating or A/C. Property manager nice to work with.

My parents enjoyed the stay, my sisters and I rented the house as a surprise getaway for my moms bday.

House has good vibes, nothing fancy but doesn't claim to be....so, be sure to read entire OVERVIEW so there will be no surprises. Needed a place to stay for our sons' tournament in Laughlin, with the river nearby, it was a no-brainer I needed to find a rental. This home served us well with only a couple bummers like only TV in living room, no fans at all in house ( not even ceiling fans ), these river houses are stacked together so can be very loud w/ little privacy, bonus room is not connected to house. It's down stairs, on way to river, so if there're any mobility issues, this may not be a good fit. To maximize usage of this home, a watercraft of some sort would've made this a lot more fun...but water was heavenly clear and fun to spend time together in....note, you're in an inlet, off the main river. Reubens was very kind, everything was easy. Highly recommend for large gatherings due to many available beds.
