Sir Toby's Midtown

Great location, peaceful but with close to some nice residential areas. The room was exceptional for the price, great bathroom, bed, closet space, a TV and a fridge, especially loved the sunlight coming in.

Can hear people walk by your room. Hostel staff could've been more welcoming.

Breakfast on site, location close to a tram shop and the main strain station. In general it felt like a nice quiet area to stay in that had good connectivity with where you needed to go.

Small suffocating rooms, beds shook all night, no social scene to speak of (which was less of an issue for me personally), one bathroom shared between multiple people (again manageable depending on who’s sharing the room but I had to wait a long time). I had requested for a lower bunk bed but was refused one on arrival due to unavailability and having mobility issues it was very difficult for me to climb onto the higher bunks as there was no proper rails or support. Personally, I would not stay again.
