This place is easily accessible for those with mobility challenges. There is an elevator from the garage and no steps leading into the condo. The tub/shower is deep, but fortunately there are well placed grab bars. The view from the property is fantastic. Randy, the property manager is very accessible and makes sure you're all settled in. The most disappointing parts of the stay were the dirty pans that were put away for use in the the cupboards.

The condo was beautiful and well-maintained, with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There was a pool/spa area as a part of the facility. Very close to local attractions. Overall, a lovely stay!

It was good, except it was difficult to cool off. No AC, no ceiling fans - even open doors and windows didn't create any relief. Other than that, it was a great condo with great location and views.

We had a wonderful time at Mammoth Lakes. The condo was very nice and right at the base of Mammoth Mountain. The eastern view of some other mountains was beautiful. Randy's communications prior to and during our stay were super helpful. Directions and instructions for accessing the property were spot on! If we ever visit the area in the future we would definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was perfect for our quick mountain getaway! It is central to all the hiking trails and the view can't be beat. We enjoyed hiking the many lakes, horseback riding and kayaking on Silver Lake. It was wonderful to come back to the resort and enjoy the spa and pool after a full day of activities.

Randy was terrific, immediately responding to our questions or comments. View from condo was amazing.

Great place to stay and enjoy the sites! We were here in Summer so we did not ski. It got a little warm with no A/C but there were plenty of fans so it was comfortable. Good communication with host and beautiful view from balcony.

I LOVE this condo it features GREAT VIEWS facing the Sierras and the decor is minimalists featuring locality imagery. The kitchen is fully equipped and they even leave a bag of Peets coffee and a welcoming bottle of wine. The people, Randy, are pleasant to deal with and always answer question asap. Highly recommended and we'll be back. Oh, the bed mattress is very comfortable too!

Cozy Condo perfect for the 2 of us to undertake some hiking adventures in the Mammoth area.

The condo was exactly as described. My husband and I loved the location. It was close to everything (particularly the hiking which was SO beautiful). It was quiet, had a great view, and was relaxing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The ONLY downside was that it was really hot in the condo when we arrived. Fans were provided and we were able to keep the temperature comfortable after the first day. Randy was exceptional at communicating with us, giving us tips, and just checking in. He made check-in and check-out seamless! We'd return in a heartbeat!

Our experience exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean, very well furnished and thoughtfully stocked with most everything you could need. The views are even better than they look in the photos. The condo is in a great building in a quiet location but not far from everything you would want to do. Randy is very well organized and very responsive. He is a phenomenal host. Having great wifi was also a bonus. We were here during a hot spell in August and were very grateful for the fans in the bedroom.

We actually really liked this property although the checkin process and communication between us and the property manager was confusing. I was sent information using text messages; emails and via the VRBO App. Most managers choose one method of communication and stick with that. It became very confusing as to where to find information when we started checking in. Finally resorted to text messages to obtain mailbox code and front door code. Unit itself is nice with great views.

Annual family hiking and fishing trip in June. Normally the snow is mostly if not all gone by this time of year. There was plenty of it still around which led to some impressive views of the mountains from the condo. Could have been a ski/snowboard trip with the amount of snow still left at the ski area. Excellent communication with detailed instructions for checkin, during stay, and checkout. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again for a future stay if available.

Great Ski in - Ski out condo. Would absolutely stay here again. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The owner was great about checking with us to make sure we checked in ok and if everything with the condo was good. Location for the ski lockers was great, pool/spa area was great.. Will stay here again.

This condo is in a great location that makes for a stress free trip! The condo is right at eagle lodge so you never need to move your car and you have a locker on property to store your equipment. The owner is very attentive and makes sure you have everything you need. Our family enjoyed our time on this property and look forward to coming back!

Stayed here with my wife and 2 small kids. The Good: Location is great for ski in/out. The unit and kitchen is well stocked. Even have packets of condiments which was a nice touch. The pool and jacuzzi is cleared and in use despite all the snow. Easy to park underground. Communication with the owner is great. The Bad: The unit had a strong musty odor and even had hints of dog urine (not owners fault that people sneak dogs in). People walking around upstairs literally shakes the ceiling, chandelier, pictures on the wall. It was annoying to hear this all afternoon/evening. The Fireplace stopped working after 10 minutes and would not work at all after. The sofa bed's mattress is not suitable for adults. Even my 8 year old twins complained about the bar hitting their backs through the mattress. The Jacuzzi was not working the 1st day (Not owners fault). Also not to the fault of the owner, but there is so much snow, that it is difficult to climb up onto the slopes. You have to climb up about 10-15 feet of snow to get to the ski run right now. We ended up cutting our trip short as the smell and noise/vibration was too much for my wife to handle as she was planning on relaxing inside while we skied. Owner offered to have the carpets steam cleaned while we were there, but this would have negatively impacted my wife trying to relax in the condo. Owner did not reimburse us for night not used due to issues we faced.

Enjoyed the stay at Randy’s Sunstone Unit. Very comfortable and clean. Randy was also very responsive when we had any questions. Great unit and location. Will be back.

The location of the unit to the lodge and lifts was very convenient. The kids were able to go back to the unit to take breaks. The unit was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items. Check in and check out was simple. I appreciated the owners communication. He was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
