Our place was clean and very comfortable. Good seating in living room and a comfortable bed. Only real short comings were the lack of extra blankets during the cold snap this area was experiencing. You also need a car in order to get to any shopping and restaurants.

Tired property, but ok. 10am check out needs to be 11am. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is ridiculous. No coffee filters either.

Condo was perfect for small group or family. It was clean, views were fabulous, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware & cookware. Pool and beach were easily accessible. Staff at the resort were helpful and friendly. The reality company we booked through was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with via email and phone. We will defiantly be booking with them again!

The view was spectacular as expected and provided the backdrop for the desired rest and relaxation. The cleanliness and maintenance on the unit fell short. While a phone message was left and an email sent to the realty company managing the property, they did not correct the items. I will definitely avoid any properties managed by the realty company.

Loved our stay! Views were great. Super convenient to everything OB has to offer. Be sure to pack all amenities for your stay. We were only left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and ability to do only one load of laundry, so we had to hit Dollar General. Also, bring everything you would need to cook - olive oil, salt, pepper (oh, and coffee filters)!

My family and I had an awesome time at the Property in Phoenix X. Our unit was on the twelth floor and the elevators were plentiful and speedy. There were carts and dolly's available for transport for our gear. The accomodations were as advertised. The beach access was great for our group and the cost for the beach gear (chairs and umbrella) was acceptable as well. Proximity to restaurants and stores was good. Flora-Bama is next door as well as Waffle House. We hung out at the beach most of the days we were there. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to get a great condo in a great area on the beach.

The process of renting was great! The condo was out dated!! The dishwasher is installed wrong. It almost falls on your feet when open.

We stayed for a week for the Baseball World Series Tournament for our son. The condo is clean and updated. It is close to the Orange Beach Sports complex only about 15 minute drive. The beach and balcony view is beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook including an air flyer and instapot. Flora Bama is right next door so food and drinks all day whatever your preference. The beach really wasn’t as crowded as most places. I guess the only bad thing I could say at all was the bed was a little hard but that is renter preference also, everything else was great.

Baseball World Series Tournament
We stayed for a week for the Baseball World Series Tournament for our son. The condo is clean and updated. It is close to the Orange Beach Sports complex only about 15 minute drive. The beach and balcony view is beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook including an air flyer and instapot. Flora Bama is right next door so food and drinks all day whatever your preference. The beach really wasn’t as crowded as most places. I guess the only bad thing I could say at all was the bed was a little hard but that is renter preference also, everything else was great.

The picturesque view from balcony is amazing. We have only been Florabama customers, just on a in out basis. But staying this close and walking the beach to the back door in less than 5 minutes ….

The property is older & it definitely shows. Common areas are run down- one elevator was broken & the lobby areas are musty.
Would not stay with my family again, but suitable for Bachelor/ Bachelorette parties since it's close to Florabama.
The grills outside were nice & the new beach entry pool is an upgrade from a previous visit & they do check for wristbands at the pool.
Our unit was clean & convenient with the keypad entry.

The condo was nice. The coffee maker was broken and I called on Sat morning to report they said it would be there , I asked if we had to be there when they replaced it the answer was no we did not. We got the coffee maker on Sunday morning around 9:00. too late to make for breakfast. the vacuum did not clean the floors we reported that also. The floors were real sandy and it would have been nice to have a vacuum that worked to keep the place cleaner. They were really to slow in getting things done.
