Great location to beach and restaurants. Affordable way to vacation in a place that was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and felt safe walking in the area.

Location is wonderful for a relaxing beach trip, plenty to walk and do, restaurants, etc. enjoyed the ease of having a cooler and beach chairs available. The condo could use some TLC, but if you are just looking for a place to stay in a good area, this works just fine.

Cannot change thermostat but found it was pleasantly set

Good location close to beach and reataurants. Lots of kitchen amenities. Love the extras in the condo. Wasnt a fan that we couldnt set the AC lower than 72 degrees. Had a hard time sleeping in that warm environment. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but Ive had worse.

The unit was very nice, great location and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you needed and items for the beach like chairs, cart, cooler etc. came in handy.

Great location, a minute walk to the beach. Had everything you needed including chairs and umbrella, much cheaper than renting. Bedroom alittle warm to sleep in but fan helped some.

Conviently located right across the street from Upham beach. It had everything we needed and communication with host was easy. Plenty of beach items are in the unit including chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, cart, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Beware of a musty smell in the unit. I've stayed in other units in this building that also had a musty smell so I'm not sure if much can be done about it. It wasn't a problem for us.

Perfect location. The beach and local restaurants were in a couple minute walk. Everything needed for the beach was in the condo. There was an umbrella, towels, chairs, and a cart to help you get it to the beach. There were even some toys and rafts to use in the water. Great place for a family of 3 or 4. The couch pulled out into a bed which gave an extra spot for our son to sleep. The door was a little tricky to open from time to time. We will definitely be back the next time we are down in St Pete beach!

Great location, easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals. Only issue we had is that there were no sheets for the sofa bed. Was told since it was only 2 people on the reservation they don't supply sheets for sofa. There were blankets & pillows available so used those until sheets were provided. Suggestion: keep extra sheets, blankets and pillows in armoire. Do not make assumptions on who is staying in unit. Jennifer was very responsive and i would stay here again.

Nice place to stay, tv sets a little annoying, have to reset the input source repeatedly. Front door would be easier to open with a different lock and without lock box hanging from knob. Housekeeper should also clean under furniture as food was found and picked up.

The property was very accessible to the beach. Very quiet. Only complaint was the overwhelming odor every time we entered. Not sure what it was.

My husband, myself, and 12 year old daughter stayed in the unit. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed in the living room which worked great. The unit had everything we needed except a proper fitting sheet for the pull out which the owner promptly supplied us with. The master bed was very comfortable and had very nice soft sheets and bedding. Towels were soft and clean and plenty of them. They even had extra shampoo, conditioner, and extra sunscreen under the sink! The only con was that the air conditioner was noisy at night but luckily it wasn’t too hot when we stayed. Would recommend this place to stay in and would book it again. Pool was also heated which is a must when your child insists you swim!

Its a great place, close to the beach and other stuff. only thing is some small up dates are needed to the property. like replacing the coffee maker and shower curtain. Also update the central air so you can go below 72 degrees.

St. Pete Beach
This property was amazing! The apartment was so cute and comfy. It was very clean and organized. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Jennifer checked in with us before arriving and was easily reachable. The apartment had everything you would need for a beach trip. The pool was very clean and so much fun. There is plenty to do around the area. Great for families and night life. Also, close to downtown St. Pete. We had a great time!

The owner has thought of everything! You need flip flops, a bathing suit, and maybe a hat! Otherwise you’ll find everything else you could need, already there! Updated, comfortable and clean!We will be back!

We had the most enjoyable stay! We aren’t newbies to this area, we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before, at different properties! But hands down this place is the most well equipped! The owner has thought of everything! You need flip flops, a bathing suit, and maybe a hat! Otherwise you’ll find everything else you could need, already there!
