I would have liked some scrambled egg and bacon a couple of days for breakfast as it was the same food every day

Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms, the rooms are not very well soundproofed.

the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room is quite big with a mountain view. very close to the main slope and ski lift of Oz. We loved the bar and the restaurant. the breakfast was nice

- very noisy (badly soundproofed). We heard the neighbors like they’ve been talking in our room. - its not the property’s fault but we had a room against the city side. 3rd floor becomes street level (building opposite, footpaths, ski slopes). So the room is too overlooked. - no chairs enough for a family room (only one available). need to sit on the grown sometime. - we had to ask for soap gel replenishment after cleaning the room.

The room wasn’t cleaned or made up every day. Breakfast proved to be quite expensive for a basic continental affair especially for family of five. The ski room is not heated and nowhere to dry wet ski boots. The bathroom had no showerhead holder fitted for a handsfree stand up shower in the bath.

Room with black walls gives it a sad mood. Very noisy room right next to a pub. Dusty. No place to dry ski boots. Dirty carpet. Shower is too small and not convenient. Trash left behind from previous guests. Expensive breakfast and food, no vegan options. Disappointing that for 100 euros a night you get probably the worst room in the hotel.
