Everything was as described but better! Clean, private garage, full size washer / dryer, full kitchen, very comfy living / sleeping space, and as the others said, plenty of hangers! lol Looking forward to my return visit as the location is perfect and just had a great time. Thank you so much!

I’ve stayed at Dale’s property for 3 mths. Place is accurately described on Vrbo. Very efficient communication with the owner. Nice and quiet area. You’re welcomed upon arrival and you receive keys to suite and garage. You’re completely separate from main house. Own kitchen that is fully equipped. Bathroom (shower/toilet) with extra body, hand, face towels. Walk-in wardrobe with 100s of hangers. Big tv, big comfortable bed, sofa, table. As stated previously: you can cook any meal you wish (dishwasher, big fridge). In garage you have washing machine and dryer. There’s car wash, dry cleaners within 5 mins drive. Easy to get in and out if I-75. Plenty of restaurants, fast food joints etc. you have many gyms around, barbershops and The Grove. Great stay. Definitely recommend if you’re ever in north Tampa area that requires good access “everywhere”. Dale is very accommodating and helpful. See you next time!

As per previous update. Dale is amazing host. Property gives you full privacy and is very well equipped for day-to-day living. I’ve stayed there altogether three months and all met all my expectations. Great place.

Bathroom - shower, toilet, sink, mirrors etc. Bedroom/living area - spacious, comfortable. Walk in wardrobe with “thousands” of new hangers. Washing machine, dryer, vacuum all is provided. Garage for car. You can drive to Tampa downtown in less than 40 mins. Target, Walmart, CVS, restaurants, fast food joints, gyms all within 10-15 mins drive. Altogether great stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Wesley Chapel. It is quiet for reading and sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very clean. It has a nice TV with Dish cable service. The location is close to restaurants and shopping areas. I would highly recommend this property for one or two people to stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

This property is exactly what I wanted for my Wesley Chapel, Florida stay. The host graciously greeted me upon arrival and promptly responded to any questions/issues I had. The suite was clean, had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I especially liked having my own garage with washer/dryer. Highly recommend this property for a short or longer term stay! Bonus was experiencing frequent viewing of native Florida birds including Sandhill Cranes and Ibis. I will definately rent this property again.
