Location and the Spa

The staff of breadfast is kind and helpfull. The all staff is always available. The hotel is quite and peaceful.

Lovely structure in a good location Breakfast was good and varied with great service Good and safe parking in private gardens We were allowed to check in a little early. Only 1/2 hour walk to the centro storico.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Talked to staff a couple of times and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have a different room to move us into. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and water from mini bar you had to pay for. Generally clean but insect Pooh on lamp shades. Bedroom door couldn’t be locked from inside. No one could enter without a key card but physical lock was broken. See message above that no other rooms were available. We had been told before going that the pool was closed but what a shame.

Breakfast was good. Protein choices can be wider. Breakfast staff excelent

Great place with nice amenities. Perfect location for relaxing and hop on trips to great scenic locations in Tuscany. Wonderful host and great breakfast. Watch out for Leo, the friendly canine with muddy paws.

The location is great. Enough parking space and spacious rooms. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly

The breakfast was a bit dissapointed. There is not a lot of variety
