It was supposed to of been a pre Christmas vacation with my kids. Got there checked in I always look before I sit down, there was live bugs in the master bathroom. The mattress was all stained , had to buy batteries for remotes . I went and got bug spray , cleaned everything but We still left early from our trip. Wish it could have been better.

Nice roomy condo. Very clean. The gas fireplace in the living area was perfect. Great views of the river and loved the balcony.

We stayed a week here 10/27/2023 through 11/01/2023. It was Very nice, relaxing, quiet, and close to everything. It was very clean and has everything you need. I love how peaceful it was and the balcony to relax on or in front of the fireplace. It could use a new paint job and some of the light switches need to be replaced. Other than these small issues it was well worth the money. The kitchen has all you need including cookware and dishes. The unit only has the one AC unit in living room back back door but it kept everything cool and they have extra fans in the closet for those who need sound to sleep or extra cool air. The fireplace heated nicely once it turned cold.
I would stay again over and over.

Easy to find and easy access to everywhere we wanted to be. It is a little old, but it is clean and in good condition.

They need to replace the king bed in the master bedroom. We both were in horrible back pain the entire stay sleeping on this bed. It had no support, is old sinks to the middle, and makes horrible noises just sitting on it.
They also need to re-paint the entire condo. The bathroom wall has marks all over it. They need to replace the light switch in the master bedroom the lights will not stay on and the switch glitches, the light switch next to the mirror by the bathroom does the same thing even with the brightness up. We had to use lamps the entire time to see in the bedroom.
They need to replace coffee mugs with better stoneware. My husband picked up a small coffee mug to go make coffee and the handle just came off. Luckily he had no coffee in it yet or he would have gotten burned.
Over all the rest of the condo was ok.

It was very nice for the price and location! AC had a hard time keeping it cool but it was fairly coo out so didn’t bother us too bad

The condo was in a great location right of the parkway. It was a little run down but not terrible.

For us the stay was great. However, for the middle of the summer, one of the bedrooms may be on the warm side and if winter months it may be on the cool side. The AC/heat unit in the bedroom was nonfunctional, without even an outlet to plug it in.

The condo was very nice. The ac units are a little dated and we did have a small issue, but Vacasa did everything they could to resolve the issue. Plenty of bedding supplies were provided. The beds themselves are comfortable. The king size bed is on wheels so don't be startled if it moves. The fireplace is electric with a timer. The kitchen is stocked with cups, dishes, utensils and a few baking items

Condo had roaches couldn’t have it sprayed because of asthma. No other places for us to go in downtown Pigeon Forge ended up bringing roaches home very very disappointing.

Great location relative to multiple venues/evening activities.
Kitchen small but did well for feeding a family of 4, adequate utensils, pots and pans. Quality skillets!
Far enough off the main road that you don’t hear road noise, but easy access to main drive through city

The host and Vacasa overall is a wonderful company who cares about it's guests. The condo I stayed in was nice but it was hot when I arrived and there was an odor along with a sticky kitchen table and nasty window blinds. Overall I'll give this place a 4 out of 5. Probably will stay here again. The location and price is definitely a plus.

It was exactly what we needed....We truly enjoyed the condo and were able to have a quiet evening.....Thank you soooo much.....!!!!!

The location was great. Kitchen was as expected in pictures but everything else was not as pictured. Walls all needed to be repainted, blinds had stains and pieces falling off, tile on fireplace was coming off. Worst was there was a dead roach in the bedroom.

This apartment was well equipped and we loved

The condo was centrally located. The place was clean in arrival. There could have been less fancy decor which would have provided more functionality. Overall, this was a great condo at a reasonable price.

This property was not even close to how it was described. Both toliets were loose, the greater/AC were hotel units below the window, the only source of light in one bedroom was a lamp, plus the headboard was not fully attached to the bed. The freezer did have an ice maker, but it didn't work & if it had, there was nothing to catch the ice. The dishwasher was old & barely worked. The unit was clean, but was in desperate need of being updated. We've used VRBO for years & this was one of the most inaccurate description of any property...definitely not worth what we had to pay for it.

Our toddler loved feeding the ducks off the balcony. We had skunks, loons, geese, ducks, groundhogs, cranes, & otters all behind the condo looking for all the food thrown to ducks. It was great memories and a great location in the middle of pigeon forge!

Location, location
Very convenient location. It’s closed to everything in town . Very quiet and safe area. The house need a few minor repairs like one of the toilet the water keep running and the blind in one of the bedroom cannot close and open. Other than that , I highly recommend. Thanks

1. The AC in the hall which is also cooling the bedroom was not working. I raised a ticket on the day I checked in and a maintenance guy came asking us where the main control is? Later he give us a fan to use and said it will be fixed next day morning that never happened. Seriously? We were baked in with less ventilation with temperature around 90's which was frustrating on a relaxing vacation.
2. The toilet in the queen bed room was broken and it was keep on flushing every now and then through out the day and night disturbing the sleep further. It was a terrible experience.
3. The cupboard in the queen bedroom was not fitted to the wall. When we tried to pull a door it almost fell on us.
4. Bathroom mats, balcony railing were not clean. Not sure how much sanitizing was done before our stay. Now we really doubt if the comforters were been washed.
Totally a very bad experience through our entire stay.

We were very mislead by pictures of what we booked and what we had.
The air conditioner was broke in floor at check in.
The tub had crack we did video of place was like false advertising to us by pics and there 1990 fridge.
Lots of issues paint was very dirty rugs also in bed light broke lots more .
