Large unit that came complete. Nice view

Great views over the Mediterranean. Arpon is so well located both for the Mar Menor and the entertaining Zocos area. We asked for a late check out and whilst it was initially met with a firm no, it was actually accommodated, which was really helpful.

Shame the pool at the back wasn't accessible during our stay. No wifi

It was a very bad service. I got on the Boki site, for sure, at the time of entry, but the receptionist did not allow this. I had to wait for three hours. He allowed us to enter, knowing that the room was dirty and not nice. You were with my family, and it was difficult for the young child. I do not recommend visiting this place Especially the families, for the services, they were very high and did not deserve that amount paid for the equipment and household appliances, the majority of them were useless. What a disappointment I will not see this place again

Service customer and condition location it’s good

Everyone was friendly the room was nice with a lovely view over the Mediterranean the pools were clean and were attended by a lifeguard, easy access to shops and bars and restaurants what more could you want.

I would of liked to of got in the Poole at nine o'clock and not as late as 11 o'clock. Also the aircon didn't work very well but other then that it was great

The locatio as it was near the beautiful beaches and near restaurant. The apartment was quite large.

Photos on the website did not match the actual thing. Decor was dated, bathroom was not very clean and the rooms smelt. Pool was big but sunbeds were old no bar for drinks. The pool surrounding area was in need of maintenance. The wifi was poor and almost non existent.
