The condo had everything we needed for the beach, which was a huge plus for us. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards were provided. The view was great from the condo and it was very clean. The property was also very quiet. Communication was fantastic with the property management, everything was provided to us when they said it would be. I can't recommend this property more highly. Can't wait to go back!!!

We enjoyed this property, location and city. It was a quiet beach and nature visit. Beach walks in the morning to see what new sea turtle nests had been laid, and many birds, and dolphins. Condo was very clean and we comfortably cooked several nights. Grocery store is across the street. Enjoyed hanging out at the pool or on the deck. Hosts were very responsive and able to accommodate us longer when our flights got cancelled. Will definitely stay again.

Great rental experience! Beach was great and condo provided boogie boards, beach chairs umbrella and cooler so it was super easy to enjoy our time in the ocean. Heated pool was fantastic! The only thing missing was a bonfire by the beach.

The condo was very clean and as advertised. The views of the ocean were wonderful and we spent many happy days on the beautiful beach. Great quiet location, just what we were looking for!

I am giving it 5*(stars)primarily to pay homage to the face and heart of this organization Zareh Hadden!!.The unit I am commenting became my replacement unit after encountering an unexpected issues with the first one. Problems and surprises do come up from time to time, as a seasoned traveler and user of VRBO's and short rentals I can assure you that everything hinges on the disposition, availability and quick response of the manager or host to your rental property. My experience in this regards was second to none!! Zareh, took care of every little detail and request. This unit is beautifully appointed, it has pots and pans, dining-ware, cooking utensils, nice smart TV's, cable, everything worked!!! An added bonus was the almost new LG HE washer and dryer in the premises. Definitely would rent again from this organization based on my experience with this journey.

We rented a corner condo for the view of the beach, however upon arrival there was construction going on for the sea wall. We were not notified of this and after contacting agent they said they just found out a day before our arrival. Which after watching construction it appears they were there for a few weeks already. No biggie on the view but we were looking forward to the pool access, um but the pool was not cleaned and after communicating it was found out they were waiting for a new pump. We never got to use the pool. We did utilize the ocean with the boogie boards but had to get to the beach and walk a ways because of construction. We were woken up early with the construction and found that parking was limited because the workers parked in spaces left for residents. There was also an ant infestation in the bathroom that I cleaned up with vinegar daily. We where compensated for a 2 night stay however I feel we were mislead on our 5 night stay due to not being able to use the amenities and not being forewarned about it.

Great condo on the beach! The bed was comfortable. The washer & dryer were convenient. It was nice to use the beach chairs & umbrella & beach towels on the beach. The pool was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. Grocery store very close by, but really not a tourist area. If you're looking for go-cart tracks and water parks this isn't your place. If you prefer an uncrowded beach with several restaurants nearby and an overall slow pace you'll like this place.

This property was great. A wonderful ocean view and very quiet. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Also very comfortable and just a few steps to the beach. The grocery store is less than a block. My family and I had a very fun week.

Unfortunately, the pictures don’t show the large dumpster next to the unit that has unopened doors and guests, and service personnel tossing trash day amd night. Additionally the LARGE dog only area is also adjacent to the unit, so expect visitors to walk by frequently. The pool and stair to beach access was also disappointing and in need of updates and cleaning! There were some issues with the unit itself as well. There are only two single towel racks and the rules explicitly state that towels/items may not be hung outside. Also there was broken glass under the upstairs guest room, a shower curtain rod that had to rehung three times, large wet swimsuit stains on the couches, and the prior guests unicorn macaroni left underneath the counter. All that said it was a family adventure at a value price, quirky but we made it work!

The proximity to the ocean and the roar of the waves were magnificent. It was cool enough during the night to leave the bedroom window open and be lulled to sleep by nature’s sound machine. Central location between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. A Publix & Dunkin a block away. Our first night we discovered there was to be a Star Link launch at 4:28am and the balcony afforded us a perfect view. At one point we thought the rocket was heading straight for us! There were plenty of towels and soap. There is a Keurig coffee maker so bring pods. We did not cook in the unit however it looked adequately equipped.
