Extremely spotless, spacious 1st class property with wonderful layout and waterfront views. The amenities are modern with a wide variety of appliances at your disposal. The host goes out of their way to provide access to recreational activity for visitors of all ages. Highly recommend. We'll visit again and this beautiful lakehouse will be our destination.

The house is stunning, from the minute you walk in you can tell their was no detail spared. The indoor/outdoor spaces were better than the pictures!
The owners were incredibly quick to respond, if we had questions that needed more immediate attention they called as well.
Staying in October we weren’t sure if we would need to heat the pool, we decided to do it, and we’re so thankful we did. If you’re looking for a place to stay put and relax the house has absolutely everything you need. If we travel to Texas again, we will absolutely be booking again!

Such a beautiful home and perfect for a large group! Great indoor and outdoor spaces and we loved the pool that overlooked the lake. Great communication with the owner, they were very accommodating and prompt with answering questions! Would definitely stay again!

This property was beautiful and so well equipped, from the kitchen the bedding. They provided plentiful bath towels and pool towels. The umbrellas in the pool were a god send and really allowed us to be able to use the pool even when it was hot. They really thought of everything! Can’t wait to come back!

Dave and Mary Beth responsive and easy to work with! The pool and kayaks were perfect for our mix of active and more laid back family members. Perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with our grown children, his elderly parents, and his sisters and their families. We had 17 adults

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! It was so spacious and didn’t feel crowded even for a family of 20! The kids did not get out of the pool! Over all a 5 star house!

This home is not only beautiful and new, it has everything you need to accommodate your family for the weekend! The pool was amazing, having kayaks available was great, beds were comfortable, kitchen was huge and perfect for a large group, host was awesome to work with, the bunk room was just what we needed for our kiddos. I highly recommend this place for your next get A way!

Words can’t sum up how much we loved this house! Everything about it exceeded our expectations and beyond. We had 26 sleeping comfortably and not a single complaint to be had. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, amazing views, quiet neighborhood, great pool and so much more. Huge kitchen, pantry, and multiple fridges were perfect for entertaining. We had a pontoon delivered to the house that was able to get under the bridge just fine, and served us well all weekend. Had never been to LBJ before and can’t wait to come back! So many great memories made.

A group of us stayed in the home for our annual golf trip. Perfect space to relax after a long day on the links. Hot tub and pool were wonderful! All amenities were spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is exceptional! It was the perfect place for some friends and family to gather and celebrate my Husband's birthday! The property was clean, had a decently stocked kitchen and more than enough room for everyone to sleep! The kids loved the heated pool (costs extra to heat) and the adults loved the hot tub! The views were beautiful! Everyone enjoyed themselves and we hope to visit this property again in the future. If you stay here and are able to visit Perissos Vineyards, we would highly recommend it! Also HEB delivers through Instacart to the house! And Lazy Heron Coffee House makes great lattes! And the owners were fantastic to work with. Small hiccup with the door code when we arrived and it was resolved within minutes!

The owners Dave and Mary were so accommodating. Responded to all my questions regarding the property right away. The house was pristine clean and well equipped with amenities. Definitely comfortable for all 26 of us, each had comfortable beds and the 5 bathrooms kept up with our busy itineraries. Having 3 refrigerators was a plus because it kept all our food fresh and the drinks cold.
We had a great family reunion and my family were impressed as well with the property. We enjoyed the hot tub and the infinity pool had great view to the water and sunset. We used the 4 kayaks included in the rental.
So glad we decided to rent this place, it was perfect place for our family to celebrate my husband and his twin brother’s birthday !

We went with a group of girls for a weekend away and it was wonderful! House was super clean, nicely decorated and well set up with everything we needed! Gorgeous balcony overlooking the lake and awesome pool we enjoyed lounging in. Highly recommend!!

I am very picky when it comes to rental homes because I always feel so dirty but I actually felt very clean in this house! The house gets nice and cold at night too which I love when I’m sleeping. The lake is actually shallow so you can hang out in the water even without a boat or floats. The stove is very tricky but there are instructions to use (I’m sure you’re wondering how a stove can really be that hard, but you’ll see lol). Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property
This was a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. The host made everything so easy and even had a binder with so much information about the property, appliances and fun activities to do around the area.

Couldn’t have been better!
We loved our vacation! The layout of the home was perfect with double kitchens, private bathrooms off each bedroom, and open floor plan.
I wish we had known that the bunk room niches do not have doors on them but open up to the hangout room/sunlight. The garage was fantastic for playing and sleeping all the cousins, but the room was really warm at night.
The pool was amazing, the kitchen amenities were perfect, the beds were comfortable and clean, the patio furniture was great. We would stay here again and again.

The place was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host pays attention to all of the little details and is easily accessible at all times. Exactly as detailed in description. We would definitely recommend and love to come back! Everyone had a wonderful time & created memories for a lifetime! So much better than we ever expected! This home is a 10 out of 10 Wow what a beautiful home. I would rent this home again tomorrow and recommend anyone looking to have a fun and amazing holiday this is the home to spend it in.
Only thing to be cautious of is the wet cement slab around the pool because it is extremely slippery.
Suggestion would be to possibly place a second grill at the pool level. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Beautiful getaway, perfect for large gatherings!
We rented out the house for my 30th birthday party and had a wonderful time! The hot tub and pool were the crown jewel of the place, both having underwater lights so you could see where you were swimming at night. The bottom floor of the house was a perfect bar/party setup area for our pool party section of the weekend, and the top floor was perfectly setup for playing card games, watching movies, and eating meals together. We loved eating out on the balcony as well since it was paired with a beautiful view of the lake. The game room in the back was fun as well, we had a blast playing on the air hockey table. We did notice some loose screws in the bunk beds (just fyi to the owner and for anyone who may have kids staying). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we would happily stay again for a future group gathering! Thank you also to the owners for the great communication and for all of the information for the house prior to us arriving!
