smelt of cannabis throughout the halls. a couple of guest arguing and banging the door. the doors need to have slow closers to stop banging.

Hotel location was excellent, next to the city center. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was good, but little bit monotonous. Staff was kind and helpful.

Bed mattress was little bit old,comfortable sleeping was inhibited by deformed springs, it needs to be replaced.

Duvet (sheets) were very thin, walls were just as bad we could hear the guys talking, laughing, & snoring in the room next door and we lost a lot of sleep because of it unfortunately

Location was excellent and room was comfortble. The bathroom was really nice with a bath and separate shower - very spacious.

The view was not as good as advertised and the windows were absolutely filthy.

Room was good size double. Bedding a little tired. Great location have stayed many times before. Good choice breakfast.

We spent lovely week in heart of Barcelona at very nice and humble hotel Sant Agustí. We really enjoyed location of the hotel. In 2 min at Ramblas, in 5 at Plaza de Catalunya. Great value for money. Breakfast were very good, for similar price you can have more variety in breakfast in the streets.

Bathroom definitely deserve some minor restoration works as walls show signs of wear due to humidity. In addition sound isolation from other rooms might be better. There are quite lot of homeless guys in the square, but they do not annoy tourists.

Apart from the safe not working, and the shower not draining, butthe staff were so apologetic andquick at fixing the issues.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the market and the main street. The hall of the hotel is made in pleasant colors. There is an elevator.

The hotel staff (two men) were very rude. The room claims a terrace, but all that awaits you is a view of the walls of the building. The room was damp, some accessories were missing in the bathroom (toilet brush). When asked where he was, the staff replied that they were aware that he was not there and that this was normal. On the site, I chose a room with a terrace to the inner courtyard, but I saw only walls. When I forgot my charger in the room, I asked to give it back, but no one responded to my request. They said to come in the morning. On the last day after cleaning, they forgot to close the doors to the room where our things were. The staff was rude and spoke very impolitely to any request for help. The room had a bad sewer smell. And it doesn't look like the one in the photo.

Excellent location in the centre of the city for walking and also close to the train station. Highly reccomend this hotel - it's clean, well located and casual, couldn't ask for more!

Great location - 1 min walk from La Rambla, and very close to the gothic quarter with great food and drink options.

The bathroom was tired looking, could do with a pain and a deep clean as there was mould.
