We loved our stay in this house. The house was very clean with a great location to everything on the island. The tv room in the rear of the house had more than enough space for all of us and our friends who lived close. The extra quarters were a perfect spot for my sister and her husband to stay to get their own private space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with . Florida Dreams came to help me with a small problem and they were prompt and very polite. If you’re looking for a rental to make you feel like home this is the place

We stayed for 4 weeks in July 2023. Just prior to our stay the unit had been painted and new couches and bedding put in. Unit was clean and had ample parking. The management company helped us both times we called for minor things and were very accommodating. The unit is an old Florida home that has been updated but still has the old charm. It met the needs of our family with a short walk to the beach and relatively quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect - two blocks to the beach (no roads to cross) and two blocks to the Freckled Fin, Ice Cream, shops, coffee shop, deli, etc.
The home itself was perfect! Very clean and tons of space! Home is even bigger than it appears online. Kitchen and living rooms were well appointed and had lots of small thing (games, books, beach equipment) that helped us enjoy our stay without having to waste time and money at the stores.
I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The property was much bigger than expected. Lots of room to have family and friends over for a get-together.
The property was clean, cozy, and full of amenities.
The beach was a few blocks away.
Parking was excellent. We had our own vehicle and was able to rent a golf cart with plenty of room to still have family stop by and visit.

This home was spacious. The furniture is mix and match and worn out, especially the couches and chairs. The homeowner lives in the same building in a different unit. A very sweet & kind lady. It does make you concerned about making too much noise. One of the blinds fell down and I was told the maintenance man would come and measure and order a new one. So the majority of our stay, the blind was falling down. It is clean but run down.

Good location. Close to the beach, restaurants and trolley. Quiet neighborhood. The owner lives next door and was very helpful. The property needs some updating and minor repairs, but overall it was a good place to stay. The management company did not leave a key gor the 1 BR cottage and never brought a key for us to use. We got a key from the owner so it worked out.

I would recommend for others. Needs a few improvements such as better WiFi and some updates but there is ample space and loved the location. The cottage is a great feature. We were in for our son’s wedding and it worked out perfectly. Also, one more irritation is with all the add ons in the pricing. This is something not unique to this property but this one was the worst we’ve stayed in. Advertised nightly price ended up being double after all the extra fees! Just advertise the total up front and we wouldn’t feel like we are being tricked.

The reason we booked this rental was due to the location - it was just 2 houses down from our friends. Plus it was pretty convenient walk to the beach. However, the interior of the home could use a little attention. The furniture situation was odd and did give the impression that it was a bunch of random old furniture bought at thrift stores or yard sales. One couch was missing a leg and had a peg holding it up- not even secured. The master bed was not comfortable and felt like the frame was going to collapse but the twin beds had new mattresses. Only one burner on the stove top worked. Silverware in the drawer was dirty, so we washed dishes before using anything.

The home was dated as well as needed a lot of maintenance. The cottage was musty smelling. All of The furniture looks like it it came from a thrift store. As well as couches and chairs are musty. The owner was on site and this is a duplex that was not clear when we rented. The owner is very very nice but she needs to spend some money on this home to be considered a good rental. Over all I would say we would not rent again without significant work done and furniture upgrades
