I called a week before going saying that the pneumonia I had for 31/2 months had returned. Your only response was no refund (even for something like severe illness) and that I would have to rebook within 5 days or something. I do not need to stay somewhere anymore and will not in the future.
I think your refund policy is totally unfair and I have told many of my friends and family to never book anything from your company.

The property was a great value for the price. It is located in a nice neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Bathrooms & kitchen are well appointed with everything you need. There is one thing that could be added that would make it perfect. It needs a screen or glass door or two to let light(especially) and breezes through. It becomes rather dark during the day. The lighting inside is adequate but nothing beats natural light in my opinion.

Great & Quiet Location In Hendersonville
This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the house! All the rooms were beautifully decorated and all the bathrooms had plenty of amenities. We had a place next to the house where we could park our car. The town itself was very charming. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We had a great time here. Perfect for a couple. Accurate description, SUPER clean upon arrival. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Lots of stuff to do in the area and not far from Asheville. We had a few questions during our visit and responses were FAST. Host was sweet throughout the process. The cleaning crew was wonderful. Really cute cottage and quite cozy.

Had a great stay. Super cute. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Got a little cold at night because of the gaps in doors, but just adjusted the heat the next night so it wasn’t so cold. Good location for us riding at The Riveter. Drove to see Jump Off Rock- great views.

This location was close to all of our destinations. The property was well maintained and had all of the amenities we needed for a 2 night, 3 day stay.

The only reason I rated the accuracy of the listing so low is they have made several upgrades to the property, i.e. the home now has central heat and air. This was a great getaway for the family. Parking is a little tight if you drive a truck or a bigger vehicle but it is manageable.

First impression was sketchy due to curb appeal (unmowed grass) and neighbors. Once we got inside the home we were very satisfied. The home was decorated adorable, very clean and organized.. We enjoyed the proximity of restaurants, events and local attractions

Very nice home
Great location convenient to Hendersonville and easy highway access to Asheville. There are a lot of great restaurants in Hendersonville and Flat Rock:) The house has been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly cleaned when we arrived. We felt comfortable and safe the entire stay. The linens are high quality and the beds comfortable. The kitchen has the bare necessities (very nice dishes and cookware) but could use a measuring cup and bakeware. Also no ice maker or ice cube trays. We had issues with the TV, and did not have service for the 3 days we were there. The rental service was responsive to our emails regarding the issue but it was not resolved- we really didn’t pursue this after the initial troubleshooting but I feel confident they would have sent someone to fix it if we had asked them to. With no TV, we took full advantage of the board games left by our host:) I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.
