I would like to warn people about the two flights of stairs that you have to take to access your appartment. There is no mention of stairs in your description. My husdband and my friend have disability so it was quite an ordeal and a task to carry the logguage on the third floor which is appartment #2. The location is perfect, great restaurents and close to the sea. The manager of the operation was very nice and polite, the place was clean but the building itself need love especially the furnance who you had to close at night because it was making to much noice. The owner of the building needs to invest in his building. I would recommend the place to young healthy adults.

5-star rating for all areas. Donald was very responsive to the one or two questions during our stay. He offered to replace the window shade that was damaged by a previous guest.
The property was exactly as listed and we were thrilled with the comfort and location. Please note that the 2nd-floor unit (our unit) and of course the rooftop, involve walking up 2 or 3 flights of stairs and there is not an elevator. This could have been an issue for anyone with limited mobility. The garage was quite handy and a very nice feature. We were extremely pleased with this property, the many conveniences, the great neighborhood, and the communication with management. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive. The kitchen is a little understocked but otherwise it is a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second year we have stayed here and I would absolutely stay here again. The garage is an added bonus so parking is not an issue. There are two apartments both equally excellent. The location is ideal for coming in from Lax airport as well as being close to restaurants and even Gold gym! The

We love this location, and the apartment is very spacious. The rooftop was lovely for morning coffee, evening wine and playing board games. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and Santa Monica. This is one block from Venice Beach, so just a beautiful location.

Tell us just something so easy and relaxing about being at the beach, and Venice is like that X10. Excellent location. We loved the rooftop terrace for everything from breakfast, reading to cocktail hour. We were able to get 2 cars in the tandem garage. Beds were very comfy. Used a lot of the beach equipment from the garage. Overall an excellent stay!

Exactly as described. Perfect location for skateboard park, long walks and beautiful beach. Just far enough away from the busy boardwalk but close enough to walk there in a few minutes. Felt very safe with security system. Garage was a bonus. Not one complaint!

We had a wonderful time at this roomy Venice Beach condo. Our family of 5 was comfortable in the 2 bedrooms, we enjoyed the roof deck, and we appreciated the fast wifi and ability to do laundry. Having access to a garage as well as beach chairs and toys was really helpful! The location is fantastic - we walked to many amazing restaurants, the Venice canals, and of course the beach. The homeowner communication was perfect - very helpful, but never intrusive. Thanks for having us!

Awesome location near the beach, beautiful rooftop views, plenty of space in the condo for our family! This was our first visit to the LA area and we couldn’t have been happier with this condo. The owners were very responsive and friendly!

This place is perfect! Just around the corner and your walking Venice beach. When we needed to be in the city the drive was easy and the condo was centrally located for us. The condo was clean and set up nicely. The roof top deck was a perfect place to sit and chat with friends. We would highly recommend it and would definitely rent it again.

Really pleased with this location and the accomodation. The pictures do not do it justice. It was spotless, very modern, and comfortable. My kids had a great time, we had everything we needed, and the proximity to the beach is excellent. Parking in the area is complicated but the huge private garage let come and go without concern. Would absolutely stay again. Don is fantastic! Thanks for everything!

Great location and ease of use. You can walk to the beach in less than a minute. Our friends staying at a VRBO in Malibu were jealous. The only downside was we didn't get to stay longer. Seriously, great location and lodging. It is also on a one way street heading away from the beach so you have so much less traffic and chaos along with it being on a residential quiet designated street.. Numerous restaurants and places to go nearby. The garage is easy to use but given the ease of walking around and with Lyft it was cheaper for us to forgo the rental car and just lyft to some places as well as to and from the airport. There is a little updating needed in the future but we will stay there again, guaranteed.

Our family had a great vacation at this beach house. We enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants while staying in a very comfortable home. In a large kitchen and open concept living area our family enjoyed dinners and had a great time relaxing.
