This hotel is not suitable for families with an earlier rating and staying with family reviews are fake.

No cleaning, not provided the suitable room as requested during booking. Staff behavior was not up to the mark. Hotel rooms are not good and there is no washing the bedsheets. The floor was very dirty.

It’s adjacent to Fish market, lot of smell…you cannot park your vehicle on weekends, you are forced to leave your car outside the hotel, almost 300mtrs to Half a km outside hotel in open parking due to Sunday market…

Roof False celling not good. We feel like fall on head. and also toilet roof not good. windows are broken.. we feel fear about snake come inside due broken glass windows.

The four sharing room are newly build and looks clean Nicely maintained garden in the exterior Sunday market is located next to this property so might smell bad on a Sunday Triple sharing room in old mosaic room are too bad for boys they might still feel okay but for girls n family opt for four sharing rooms Bathroom was clean with 24hr hot water Don’t buy tea or coffee it don’t not taste good The facility uncle during my trip was friendly but did not give cleaned washed bed sheets or blankets

Bad quality of bed covers , they were all torn and the facilities didn’t replace it saying they don’t have any clean sheets . He himself said they never wash it . My travel is dated -23rd feb 2023 My number was shared without my knowledge to tour operators they kept calling entire night before our stay and kept banging our door Booking.com should make sure customer privacy is mentioned
