The hotel has never received my booking and I was charged a walk-in client rate which was higher than then booking rate.

Great location, staff helpful and very well mannered. The room was very clean and comfoirtable. They accomodate late arrivals on request which is amazing when your plane lands late.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room.

Close proximity to airport. Used night before travel. Staff were responsive. Very helpful.

Size of the rooms

The internet at the hotel did not work. I was given a router for my room and that didn't work either. It was quite frustrating not being able to make calls or work from my room when the rooms are advertised with free WiFi. I had to pay extra data on my mobile phone and pay to access a workspace out of the hotel to use Internet. The telephone lines were not working, I also had to get credit to call reception from my phone or go down to reception. I had an issue with AC making loud cracking noise during the day and night which got fixed on my last night (of 12 nights). Apparently it was just a mode setting It would've been good ylto mention all these issues at the time of booking so we know what we are paying for as all the points above made the stay unpleasant.

rooms are not as beautiful as it’s surrounding more over there were a lot of cockroaches that have infested the rooms.that should be taken very seriously by the hotel management.
