Our stay at this property was wonderful. The host was friendly and a great communicator. The property was kept in great condition, was clean, spacious, and the perfect proximity to the beach. Our kids loved the huge box of sand toys and boogie boards. The available pool on site, beach chairs, beach buggy and towels were very convenient as well. The house was convenient to downtown PCB as well as the Rosemary Beach area for restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Our family truly, truly had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The home itself is amazing, three floors of beach house perfection. It is immaculately clean, well decorated, and has great features. The beach is just a very short walk and is beautiful. The home has everything you need for the beach provided for you, which was awesome for our two families. We used the grill one night, and the pool was great for a dip after a long day. We had two small issues and the owner was extremely responsive and solved them immediately. He also had great communication before and after our stay. I'm a review reader and base a lot of decisions on them...please trust me this home is great and I highly recommend it. Plenty of room for large families such as ours. All the grownups had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room! Plenty of bathrooms! Close walk to the beach! We loved the house and the proximity to everything

Our entire family went down for 4 nights and we absolutely loved this beach house. It is right across street from beach. Has a clean pool plenty big. House was clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would definitely go back!!

Last minute beach trip but awesome experience. All beach supplies provided in garage. House like new with 3 bedrooms on 3rd floor. Master on 2nd and another bedroom on 1st. Kitchen on each floor. Pool was fun. Half way between Pier park and 30A. 10 happy renters for sure.

Excellent location, beatifull Beach. The only thing I was expecting a impecable clean house for all the indications but on second day you start noticing a few things here and there like a gummy bears under the bed, sand under the couch in the living room, dust behind the beds. Thanks !!

The property was amazing! The home was recently built so all the finishes were very nice. The walk to the beach was very short and the host has a beach cart there for guest use as well as boogy boards (we left a couple of new ones we purchased as well). They also provided about 10 great beach towels and chairs so no need to pack your own. The shared pool was great for after a day at the beach. The host was very easy to contact. We plan to return!

The property was beautiful and very well kept. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. There was more than enough space for the 14 family members that came. We loved it and would love to visit again.

My trip to Riviera Sunrise in late Feb 2022 was my first beach vacation since the pandemic. I needed a break and I am so happy that I picked Riviera Sunrise for this stay. It was the perfect house in the perfect location! Riviera Sunrise is a new construction, 3 story home with a great layout so families can easily spread out- in fact, you never have to leave each floor! The home is absolutely beautiful and you will feel relaxed and in vacation mode as soon as you walk in. The host was easy to work with and the check-in process was simple. The attached garage made it easy to bring in my luggage at my leisure. The home is steps from the beach and there are beautiful and relaxing water views with outdoor seating on each floor. The home is very clean and everything feels so new. It feels very light and airy and definitely gives relaxation vibes. The shower had great water pressure, beds had a variety of pillows and I scored a Fitbit 90 I slept so well! The beach is less than 5 mins walk and its a spacious beach with a wonderful view. Since the house is so close, it was easy to walk back to grab a forgotten item or grab more food! I really enjoyed walking the beach; both early morning peaceful and reflective walks during sunrise, and watching the beautiful sunsets. The sand was sparkly white, and sometimes it squeaked beneath my feet. Riviera Sunrise’s location was so convenient. There are several great food choices nearby. I had a great lunch at Backyard BBQ (5 min drive); I recommend the Brisket! There are also grocery stores about 5 mins away. There is family entertainment such as Pier Park which has a ferris wheel (and restaurants); or Race City’s go carts, mini golf, and family fun. There are also great spa options nearby and I enjoyed taking advantage of those opportunities as well! I went twice!! My trip to Riviera Sunrise was absolutely magical. I am looking forward to going back again!

The location was super convenient for all we wanted to do on our trip and very fast easy access to the beach so the older kids could go on their own when they wanted too. The beds were comfortable and had nice pillows (nice to have good pillows some places do not and make for a miserable sleep) Bathrooms were clean and linens were nice. It had plenty of beach gears and towels which is appreciated so you do not have to add those expenses on. The kitchen has plenty of plates and glasses. I do wish their were better pans for cooking (plenty of pots) and cooking utensils. Some of our eating utensils in the clean drawer were dirty, had peanut butter all over them so we got a little weary on using them after that. I think the dishwasher dispenser is broken and could not be properly washing the dishes in the cycles. Kevin was fast to answer our issue with the kitchen sink and promptly had it fixed. Overall it was a great stay and our group would definitely rent again!

This house is great! Our family had a wonderful week! Don’t bother with bringing towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas or toys. It has enough for a family of 12-14. We will definitely stay here again. So close and convenient to the beach. Not to mention the host is the best ever! We had to change our dates last minute and he worked it out that we were able to come the dates we needed before school started. We all agreed this was the best vacation spot in the Panama City area and we’ve been coming for over 30 years!

The house is brand new and fully furnished with all latest and greatest. WiFi was pretty stable and fast. A living room with couches and tv on every floor gives a lot of separation for different age groups. 2-3 mins walk to a quiet and beautiful beach. Kevin is an amazing host and was responding quick and clear. The stairs are a little steep for old people but the high ceilings are worth it. Great place and will stay again.

If you're looking for a perfect beach house for you and your family, you found it! A stone's through from the beach, amply living area, great family/dining area. And Kevin's responsiveness to questions or concerns is truly 5-Star! We're already planning our next visit!

Nice new well kept and furnished home about a block from beach access and across modest traveled road from main hwy((98) to Panana City beach area. Nice pool shared by about 10 other homes located on an interior lake. Owner provides many accessories like various types of beach chairs, 14 beach towels, tote wagon, toys like boards and nets and sand digging equipmt, etc..a very nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very accommodating for three families. The owner was extremely easy to work with. Very short walk to the beach. Even over the 4th of a July weekend the beach wasn’t too crowded mainly due to where the private beach access available to this home is located. The kids enjoyed the shared pool as well.

Kevin was great!!! He kept us informed & checked on us to make sure we were happy! We were extremely happy with our stay! His house is amazing, pictures did not do it justice. We really didn’t need to bring anything but our clothes & buy food & laundry detergent! Everything we needed for beach was supplied from towels to umbrellas to chairs, etc. Having 2 washers & dryers on 2 different levels made our stay even better. The location was ideal with beach across the street & pool right out back door. We cannot express how happy & satisfied we were with our stay & would highly recommended it to anyone who has large family or group. Hope to be able to stay there again some in near future! Thanks again Kevin for use of your incredible house!
