I stayed with my mom and two kids age 3 and 1. There was plenty of space to spread out. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and a beach wagon to carry everything to the beach. Well appointed home with everything you need for a great stay!

We loved our stay at this property. A short walk to the beach, great kitchen, outdoor shower, outdoor hangout space and shed with beach toys and wagon for kids. The owner was very easy to communicate with for any questions. Highly recommended - thanks for a great stay!

Newell Street
This property had a little bit of everything! Lots of room to spread out inside and out. Beach wagon and chairs provided made the 5 minute walk to the beach super easy. I will definitely be rebooking this space in the future!!!

Awesome location and space
We were pleased to get a short notice booking here in Humarock. The house was well suited for families and they even had a high chair and packnplay. Three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. Downstairs has two kids rooms, a second bathroom, and nice laundry area. We enjoyed the close proximity to the river and the beach along with the fire pit and supplied wood outside. Chris was responsive to text messages. Would book again.

Sweet house. Large enough for the whole extended family. Very clean and neat. Had everything we needed. The beach is rocky, but there is sand added to put your chair and blanket. The owners are very nice and let you go on the river with their kayaks. Just ask them.
The yard and fire pit are fantastic for wiffle ball and s’mores. We all had a great time.

Sweet house. Large enough for the whole extended family. Very clean and neat. Had everything we needed. The beach is rocky, but there is sand added to put your chair and blanket. The owners are very nice and let you go on the river with their kayaks. Just ask them.

15 Newell is a wonderful gem. Perfect street between the River and the ocean! The 3 minute walk to beach, river accessibility, amazing side deck, great fire pit, space for teens and adults alike. Chris is a great host, and quick to respond - yet bc the house was so great we really had no needs while there. Fabulous Humarock find! We will be back for sure.

15 Newell is a wonderful gem. Perfect street between the River and the ocean! The 3 minute walk to beach, river accessibility, amazing side deck, great fire pit, space for teens and adults alike. Chris is a great host, and quick to respond - yet bc the house was so great we really had no needs while there. Fabulous Humarock find! We will be back for sure.
