The beds were super comfy and the house was very clean. Lots of utensils, pots and pans as well as dry ingredients to cook with, which is great for spending the night in. Parking was a little tight to get in and out but doable. The owner was very accommodating and checked in with us by text multiple times which was great. Will definitely be back again.

A wonderful place to stay, everything was so clean and new! We loved it and will return again. Michelle the host is lovely and bent over backwards to make our stay a comfortable one!!

So spacious and clean for our family of 5. We even had a bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us, so kind! Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

the location was perfect nice and quiet everything was so comfortable from beds to furniture tv`s in all rooms great showers with lots of pressure everything was there its like being at home cant wait to book again..

Our stay was exceptional , the property was very clean & had everything we required . The host was very accommodating for our needs as we needed to check in early to prepare for a wedding we were attending , great communication & very organised . We would certainly stay here again in the future .

The property was kept clean and well maintained, It offered plenty of space for my family of four.
Two spacious bedrooms with ensuite and large closet space, Three TV's with access to entertainment, Four split system cooling/heating , Spacious lounge with a European laundry, fully functional kitchen with fridge gas cooktop coffee machine and meals table for six. nice covered backyard with table and chairs with a BBQ , The property offered everything a person or family would need a home away from home.
Lastly Michelle our host was the most pleasant and helpful person to deal with , We will come back for sure and recommended property to friends and family 5 star rating .

Small nitpick (doesn't affect the enjoyment of our stay) - the A/C units were sometimes a little finicky to work with, small roach-like bug made its way into one of the bedrooms but we killed it off with the insect spray provided.

My son and I really enjoyed our short stay at the Beachhouse, was close to local shops, cafes, was well appointed with all our needs and nice personal touches on arrival. Our host Michelle was very accommodating and looked after us during our stay, will definitely recommend and be back when we are on the Mornington.

The townhouse is in the perfect location, you can walk to dinner, you can walk to the beach its fabulous.
Michelle made the stay extra special with a gorgeous bottle of wine and chocolates.
My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. We both had a double bed and an ensuite, very rare to both get ensuites!
