Loved the location, easy access to beach and restaurants.
Did not like when we arrived there wasn’t a stitch of toilet paper in either bathroom. My friend stayed upstairs and she said there is black mold in bathroom above the tub. Scary.
Thank you for all the accessories in the garage, very helpful.

My family has been visiting Holden Beach for over 30 years now. As our family has increased now with 2 son in laws and 2 grandchildren we still enjoy the family atmosphere of Holden. Coastal Distancing was a very good place and the Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and it was excellent quality stuff that you weren't afraid to use. At one or two places we actually bought something to feel safe.
Everything was as presented in the listing and it was only a short walk to the beach. Thanks for the week and we would stay here again

Coastal Distancing was wonderful! Just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! We loved the convenience of having the refrigerator in the garage for packing up for a beach day. All of the kitchen appliances and utensils were top notch, and they had such a nice variety of games. The Smart TV was a plus, and the internet was stable. Coastal Distancing is a great choice---stop reading and book it! You'll be happy you did!!

We had a magnificent week in this lovely property. From the proximity to the beach, to the well stocked kitchen, to the comfy beds, everything about Coastal Distancing was just perfect. The kids enjoyed the beach toys, ping pong, bikes of all sizes, and the TVs. We adults loved the great cookware, and evening breezes on the deck with cocktails. Hosts were very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We LOVED our stay here! The property was all that we hoped for and more. Super clean, lovely beach decor, lots of natural light. We have two little children (3 & 9 mo) and it was the perfect amount of space for us and we brought our Grammy and aunt/uncle along. Kitchen was very well-stocked (even for children), beds are comfortable, showers had shampoo/conditioner/body wash all provided! Kids books in upper bathroom were great and high chair/pack n play also available. Beach is super close and loved that the beach access was a full ramp for our wagons to go over. Property also provided lots of great beach chairs, toys, etc. I bookmarked this place in hopes to stay here again!

Awsome location . Amazing stocked kitchen cooked fresh seafood from dock. We r a cooking family nice to have good knives snd pans !Rode bicylces went to turtle talk and holden beach talk. Mr Holden truly charming southern gentleman! Played with corn hole set. Couldnt believe all the kid friendly beach toys bike seat baby pool. Definte A rating

Everything was fine, the accommodations met our needs, the furniture was a little dated but I can understand with wet bathing suits, sand, children, etc things would not be top of the line. Our children and grands had a wonderful time at.the cottage

I brought my son after he wrapped up his freshman year of college for a few days at the beach before heading home. The home was perfect and had everything that we needed to relax. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Fun Times!!
The check in process and communication with owners was simple. They have some great insight into the area if you have never been there! I recommend taking a morning stroll up to Ocean Blvd Coffee and back! The location in the 4th row was a short 5 minute walk to the ocean, even with little ones. The front porch was enjoyable to sit on and watch people in the evenings as the street is lively in the summer. Out back, you can sit in the evenings and watch the deer as they come to the neighbors yard for some food and water they leave out. The kitchen is well stocked and thoughtful for families traveling with small kids. Beds were comfortable enough and in-line with expectations. The provided linens were of great quality and appreciated. The hot water struggles a bit if more than one person/thing trying to use it, but was easy enough to plan around. Overall we had a great stay and appreciated the thoughfulness put into the place.

It was a great first trip to Holden Beach!
This place was perfect for my little family! It was a quick walk to the beach...the extra beach stuff including umbrella and chairs were a very nice bonus! We also enjoyed riding bikes and playing ping pong and darts in the evenings after dinner. The owner reached out our first night to make sure things were going well! Plenty of towels....shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the showers...just lots of extra little things to make things easier. Would recommend this place to stay!

Plates, bowls, Bikes and beach chairs were nice. Hammock (bad placement by the stairs) and backyard(sand spurs) were unusable. Outdoor shower is in the open but manageable.

Nice house on 4th row. Quiet and peaceful. Owners were excellent to work with! Love Brunswick Avenue West. Can walk or ride bikes with no issues. Then go back to house and rest. Wonderful week!

Very short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys, bikes to ride, and ping pong table and con hole! All great accommodations! Loved the added touch of labeling all the light switches! The owner was very easy to work with and contact us the first day just to check in. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway
We had a great long weekend at Holden Beach. The property was perfect for our family of 5 (with plenty of room to spare). There was lots of little touches that made the stay even better (beach chairs/toys/shampoo and conditioner in shower). We would def stay here again.

Very nice property
Very clean and well decorated property. Loved the extras like included linens & snacks. Short walk to the beach. Walk to the restaurants. Bikes were fun! Comfortable furniture on the lower decks. Like some other reviews have mentioned the upstairs rooms are warmer but with the ceiling fans I found sleeping upstairs to be more comfortable. My daughter liked sitting on the upstairs deck. I'd stay in this property again. I think it's better maintained and serviced than most other rental properties. One can sense that the owners are generous in spirit.

The Coastal Distancing property was a great vacation spot. The house was perfect for us! We were a family of four with teenaged kids who had plenty of space. House was clean and really well equipped. The walk to the beach was quick and easy!! The owners were amazing and reached out to us on our first day to make sure we were good! We cannot say enough what a great vacation this was!
