Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family vacation that included grand kids and everybody. The majority of us drove all the way from Kansas, so we were expecting a wow experience and it fell short. First, when we got there the cleaning lady was still there and we weren't able to take possession until almost 6 and we were never notified that it would be late (we got there at 4.) At one time one of my daughters was told that one of the bathrooms had only the toilet sanitized. All week the floor in the main room made our feet black and was a concern because we had an 8 month old crawling. In the bedroom my wife and I stayed in the breaker was tripped as we had no power to the plug ins when I plugged in my cpap. The wifi was less than adequate as it could not support the number of people staying in the house as it kept dropping. In the kitchen, a few times when trying to use plug in appliances it would trip the breaker. Outside there was a red ant hill and one of the grand kids got bites from them trying to play in the sand so that area ended being avoided for the week. After a good rain the drain around the tables and chairs outside acted plugged and it flooded ankle deep and took a couple hours to drain. The pool was not heated. We were told the owner had chosen not to fix the garage door after it was damaged in the last hurricane when we tried to open it to back in and unload. The jacuzzi tub doesn't work because they can't get parts. Finally, the front yard isn't eye appealing at all. The fountain doesn't work and has green stagnant water and what looks like once a pond is dried up. If I'm paying what I'm paying for a house a reason and driving from Kansas for a week long vacation, I'm expecting better.

My family enjoyed our stay at the house. It was spacious and clean and located in a nice area and around everything. It was the perfect home for our family trip.

This place was relaxing and amazing didn’t want to leave everything was great they had set up something on table for my baby birthday and I also had fun with the stuff they had to do or play with games and everything I enjoyed myself definitely booing again

The house was prefect for my family size and so much room for more. Even though the kids enjoyed the upstairs bunk beds they slept on the sofa beds in the living room. During our stay there were some storms that altered our plans, but since the pool was heated our kids swam in the rain. We had a blast!! If ever back in the area, I will most definitely book this home again. No complaints here

My husband searched and secured the home. It was pitch black dark. I tripped and almost fell walking up to the porch. There were no courtesy lights on knowing that guest would be arriving. Furniture needs to be updated, especially the king size beds. They are worn and uncomfortable, not sturdy for sleeping. Glass dinette table unable to used dangerously wobbly. Wooden dinette table scratched up. Master bath with jacuzzi tub button to turn on jets inoperable or broken. Tissue holder in same bath broken. Furniture noticeably filthy. I took pictures. Curtains in sun room, have visible food or substance splashed or spilled on the. Damage to floor in doorway of master bedroom near garage. Dead termites in window seal in master bedroom 2. Driveway light inoperable. Master bathroom 2 faucet was partially running when we arrived and wouldnt shut off. I Love the size of property, and the pool. I wouldn't book this unit for a vacation because you will clearly be exhausted and frustrated when you leave. You can tell that some of the previous tenants only rented the unit for a party sport, are were just destructive or had destructive kids. Someone has been destroying this other wise beautiful beautiful spacious property.

The house was amazing for our group of 16! Fun for all ages (2-62). The pool was wonderful. Lots of room for our group. Coupon books and books of different things to do in the area. We had an amazing time

A lot of issues with the house and the pictures are not what we received. Many broken things, very dirty pool area, just overall not very happy with this one.

We stayed here with our large extended family of 12. We weren’t compeltely displeased, but we also did feel things could have been nicer when it came to the condition. Various small things were broken or missing. Nothing major but things a handyman could have spent one day fixing up. We did let the host know during our stay and she was responsive and willing to make things right while we were there if we wanted, which we appreciated. Overall we hope they take the time to improve some of these things but we still enjoyed our stay and would be fine staying there again!

We really enjoyed our stay, pool was great house was big enough for our kids and grandkids. Would love to stay again next year.

The concept was perfect for the various ages in our family get together, pool, volleyball, plenty of bedrooms and space, but overall things were in need of closing for a few weeks and fixing several things(shower doors, dryer, weeds in patio, unsightly mold, etc). We enjoyed the location and the kitchen was fine, it would have been nice to have an ice maker and more attention to appliances. The patio flooded after a small rain and everything outside needs a good ‘redo’. Probably wouldn’t spend what we did on this property for a week again. Comparing how it looks now to the advertised pictures shows no comparison.

Nice and roomy property. The kids LOVED the pool! It was a great space for a large family reunion. The dryer made a horrendous screeching noise, which was problematic for all the drying we needed to do. Some of the bedrooms were quite a bit warmer than the house itself. But overall it was a great place for our reunion!

We will be back and we will recommend this place

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, umbrella to table was broken and thrown to the side, sand box toys broken thrown in a corner and most broken and with ants. Also, chair broken. Management did replace umbrella and brought all new chairs to the location the next morning. But, broken chair amd broken umbrella for table was left on property. The backyard could have been better maintained, grass grown up in concrete in pool, volleyball and patio area. House over all was very nice and comfortable, easy check in and out.

The patio flooded! A better drain system/wet-dry vacuum or something is very much needed. The patio/pool area was our central gathering place day and night. Our host, Kelly, was always available and able to solve our issues except the flooded patio. But overall an enjoyable experience. Many in our group are discussing returning next summer!!

Don't rely on the photos. Photos are not an accurate representation of the current state of this home. Many of the items in the photos are broken and have not been repaired or replaced. No outside red table shade cover as pictured in first photo. Outdoor pool lighting is inoperable. Upstairs carpet is stained and need cleaning. No shower in upstairs bunk room. Kitchen fridge will not properly cool and drips water. Last guests food was left in garage fridge upon arrival. Pool was green during entire stay. Light bulbs were out and not replaced. Would not stay here again.
