We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is perfect and the owner, Bryan, did a great job of communicating and handling any issues. The duplex is exactly as advertised and very comfortable with all necessary items to have a good experience.

Bryan was a great host! Great communicator and the place was very clean and comfy. We could only stay 2 nights but would go back in a heartbeat! Short ride to downtown Venice and some great restaurants. Thanks Bryan

Enjoyed our stay at this quiet quaint location with a beautiful view! Highly recommend this area! Close to beach and shops!

We had an amazing week! The location could not be beat, great neighborhood, close to everything including the Legacy Bike Trail! The upstairs apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Our host Bryan was extremely accommodating letting us use his dock for our boat as Hurricane Ian made the guest dock unusable. We will definitely return!

Convenient spot with a great view
For our needs perfectly. We knew wouldn't spend too much time at the property aside from sleep and some mornings, so this worked great for us. Allowed our two kids to have their own beds and separate room from mom and dad. View on the water was very nice.

Nice area and bikeable to the beach ( its west of 41 -- You can hear the road depending on the wind but its manageable. ) Easy interaction with our host, Bryan, who lives next door. Hope to visit again...

It was a beautiful location on Dona Bay and a nature lover’s dream to watch all the birds (egrets, ibis, rosetett spoonbills, green herons great blue herons, eagles) and dolphins living life on the bay! The apt was very comfortable with a big screen tv and internet. The deck had beautiful views of the bay, which was a huge plus!!

Relaxing on the bay
We enjoyed our stay at Bryan’s condo on the bay in Nokomis. The view from the balcony was just what we needed and walks in the neighborhood were relaxing, interesting, and friendly. The upper level apartment is older in design and style, but comfortable and clean.

Great place, beautiful view, even better hospitality!!
My family enjoyed this place so much. The view was absolutely beautiful. The townhouse was very well kept, clean, and organized. The property owners were also very helpful and communicated throughout the trip to help us with any of our needs. Will be staying here again. Highly recommend.
