This is the second time we have stayed here. We will definitely book again. Everything is as promised. Jane is an amazing host! The property is beautiful and comfortable for all. We had such a great time. There is a lot that is walkable for the location even in the winter. We enjoyed ever minute of our stay! Highly recommended

Always enjoyable to spend time in Traverse City. The location and apartment are in a wonderful location and perfect for getaway. Downtown is within walking distance, parking is easy and TC is wonderful anytime of the year.

This place had it all! It was clean and comfortable and walking distance to bars/restaurants and right down the street from the Cherry Ball drop. Will definitely be making this an annual trip!

Location was excellent, ground floor, private entrance. Walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. Super clean. Will definitely stay in the future and highly recommend to anyone with a group of 6 (3 couples).

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Every last detail was thought of and the place was immaculate. The location was PERFECT and we easily walked to all the downtown restaurants and shops, but it was also nice and quiet at night. Would gladly stay here again!

The apartment has a nice open layout exactly as described. Jane was super nice to us, and made the place extra child friendly. She added a high chair for us and had baby cutlery and cups as well as games, books and even crafts set up. We made good use of all of it during our stay and will be back when next in TC. Prior to arrival, the host was very helpful in accommodating special needs for a toddler. We arrived in the dark and easily followed the directions for parking and entry. The space is clean, new, contemporary, spacious, and extremely well equipped for a family stay. It is also very accessible, being on the ground floor with no steps and a well designed layout. And, while it is in the heart of downtown, it is amazingly quiet. The main commercial street is an easy two block walk, and the immediate area has lots of shops and restaurants.
This host is very responsive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Traverse City.

This property was amazing. Clean, stylish, had every item on hand you could possible think of. The location was perfect as it was only a block and a half from front street. We could have not asked for anything better for our girls weekend. Thank you Jane you were awesome!

This wonderful condo exceeded our needs and expectations for a weekend stay in Traverse City. It was comfortable, clean and designed beautifully. The location is easy walking distance to the beach and all the great restaurants in TC. Jane was very responsive and has equipped this condo with everything you could need. We would definately book again.

This property exceeded all expectations! The accommodations were top notch and the location was amazing. Never had to get the vehicle back out after arriving- other than our beach time and that’s as only due to the logistics of carrying chairs and coolers. The beach was easily walkable otherwise, as were all shopping and restaurants. Jane was so easy to communicate with and welcoming. We loved our time in Traverse City! Such a neat town.

Very nice and excellent location
We loved staying here! The location to downtown cannot be beat- walking distance to everything. The condo itself was so nice and clean and had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Jane was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend! Jane responded quickly to questions and was super helpful. The condo is GORGEOUS, immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated.
We hosted Christmas dinner with my in-laws and had plenty of dishes and all the necessary equipment to prepare a large meal. Jane even went to the extra effort of providing an additional table and chairs to allow for more seating. The condo is spacious and open - it feels much larger than the footprint would suggest.
Also couldn't ask for a better location. 1-2 blocks away from everything you could want in downtown Traverse City and the Towne Plaza restaurant next door has amazing breakfast/brunch! HIGHLY recommend!!
