The house is very spacious and in a lovely location. It however really needs to be cleaned better. Legit didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all. Crumbs on the floors under the tables still and hair in the bathtubs. Bedding seemed unclean as well and there were people’s clothes folded in the bedroom drawers which was weird. Reached out to the rental company several times via text and email and never received a response which is pretty poor in my book. This house could use some tlc as it clearly was a luxury house at one point but lack of attention seems to be bringing it down. The towels were old and many had holes in them in the kitchen. Blankets were thin and ratty. Vinyl kitchen chairs covered with dirt and stains. Just a few little things could make this place great-new linens and replace some furnishings and actually clean it!!

We was very Happy with the property and cleanliness . The family enjoyed watching the deer around the property. We even got to feed corn to them. Plenty of things to do around the neighboring towns. I Would recommend this place to anyone. We will be staying here again.

We found the property very accommodating and comfortable. We loved the spacious upstairs and the 3 separate bathrooms. Sitting on the deck with coffee was a favorite. Everything we needed was available.

We have stayed at this residence twice. Love watching all the deer. And it's always wonderful to have 3 bathrooms!

3 bedroom and 3 bath good as we had 3 couples. Main ceiling light burnt out. Two of three lights over kitchen sink burned out. Large ceiling stain in main bathroom. Bakeware needs replacement as cookie sheet very bad, etc. Yard not mowed and landscaping unkept. Replenishment of soaps etc needed. Windows clearly not cleaned. The gas grill was a disaster and we spent over an hour cleaning it throughly.
The property has awesome potential but needs more customer driven effort.
Just being honest in hopes it prompts change.?

Check in was easy, property was clean and neat. Plenty of room for our family, we were there for my nephews wedding in Eureka Springs and made a mini vacation out of our stay. Lots of parking with room for our boat and vehicle’s. Very close to the water. From some of the other reviews I would have to agree about the upstairs sink, the water pressure was very low, but the shower was fine. Not a big problem, still a 5 out of 5.

3Gen Family vacation
The was great overall. However the upstairs bathroom was not usable due to low water pressure. Great amenities at the property. Beds comfortable. Location was perfect, central to many nearby adventures.

This property was perfect for a quiet weekend with friends. It was clean and just as described on the website. A very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood.
Holiday Island is about a 20 min drive from eureka springs which was no problem for us.
It we had any complaints, it would be the lack of water pressure.
Overall, a great experience!

We met up with friends to do some motorcycle riding and it was a great location and beautiful home. Great open concept living/kitchen/dining area to hang out. The pictures on VRBO show a gravel drive but is has since been paved so that was a pleasant surprise. If anyone wanted to trailer their bikes there is plenty of room to park the trailers and offload. Has a closed in garage large enough to accommodate multiple motorcycles and it had plenty of chairs to hang out in there with the bikes. . That is where we spent most of the time hanging out.

Ideal vacation home for motorcycle riders and great location close to Eureka Springs
We met up with friends to do some motorcycle riding and it was a great location and beautiful home. Great open concept living/kitchen/dining area to hang out. The pictures on VRBO show a gravel drive but is has since been paved so that was a pleasant surprise. If anyone wanted to trailer their bikes there is plenty of room to park the trailers and offload. Has a closed in garage large enough to accommodate multiple motorcycles and it had plenty of chairs to hang out in there with the bikes. . That is where we spent most of the time hanging out.

We loved the house and the property! Saw a lot of deer that came very close to the house. The deck was perfect to sit on and enjoy the view. In the picture I thought the bench seating was upstairs and wasn't sure what I thought of that, but having it downstairs was the most used thing down there! We played a lot of different games sitting there! At one point family came over and the house was full, but didn't even feel like it with all the seating. We really enjoyed the openess of the area. The mounted animals was a wonderful addition. Our dog was really unsure and intrigued as to why the big cat didn't move the whole time though. We look forward to staying here again!

We went to the Ozark mountains at the request of my father in law, who has a terminal illness, and the stay was wonderful. The ease of elderly into the property was excellent, as there is a ramp on the porch, and plenty of space for them to move around with walkers and wheelchairs. Communication with mangment over the property was excellent as well. (As I had to communicate with them on a regular basis due to issues we, my family and I were having prior to the trip. The only complaint we, as a family, had about the property was the cleanliness. When we arrived we found cigarettes butts on and around the property and we had to wash several dishes that were already supposed to have been cleaned. (This is the reason for the four stars on cleaniness.) I would like to add that this was mentioned to the property manager so any issues could be taken care of. While I have no problem with those that want to smoke it's very disrespectful to throw cigarettes butts down.
While we were there plenty of deer could be seen from the porch and the windows, which everyone enjoyed. I can't comment on the golf, pool or lake as we didn't make use of them. I would like to add there was several things to do around Eureka Springs, for elderly or wheelchair bound people, that we made use of and it was wonderful. I would reccomend any and everyone to stay here at this location. Private enough to be out of the hustle of city area and very quiet for relaxing. We would go again if we had more time. Overall a FIVE STAR STAY!!!

There is a leak under the kitchen sink. Placing a bowl under it is not a repair. The extendable spray is broken. Shoots water in your face.
