It was clean
The wifi connection is too bad.the road going to the place sa totally not good.the heater is not working well..it was far from the center..it was not near also the burnham park

The room isn't clean
The smell of the room is like a roiten egg. We didn't attempt to use their utensils, and even their towels and blankets were dirty, and the cupboards were full of dust. The host is very rude when we ask for assistance. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Nothing I like. In there page it says they are walking distance from burnhum Park and the Session Road, but its all a big lie The road going to the place is rocky road even the taxi driver is complaining

The location is near some tourist spots
The road to the hotel was too stiff. The bath towels are too old

Close to city center
Good location but it's difficult to get to the building. It's too steep coming from the highway. Understandable cause of the topography of Baguio but they should at least manage it since it's not a cemented driveway, spray some water maybe. It's too dusty. When you go down to the highway and you decide to walk, better wear your sneakers if you don't want to your feet getting powder "dusted" . At night you can't get a good sleep since dogs are howling. Maybe from neighboring condos. We stayed at unit 619 and the beds are hard. Feels like you're sleeping on a hard inner bed spring with really thin cushion. They could also use a towel upgrade. It's too thin with lots of loose fiber strands :(

i like how our room is clean and the place it self is giving korean dorm type which is i like
the road going to the hotel because it’s a slope road but all over experience is great

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to all the requests we made. The place is clean especially the bed and the room itself. There’s wifi, but a bit laggy. There were kitchen tools, stove and water heater. The one room unit is good for a family of 4.
This property is still cheaper to hotel rates.
There are restos near the area. It’s affordable and offers varied menu.
The picture of the room is different from the room that was given to us. there was a single bed with pull down. however, they provided a mattress to compensate. please update the picture to avoid misleading future clients.
The location of the place is too high, not recommended for elderly or PWD guests unless you have your own means of transportation.
The wooden sliding bathroom door was difficult to open.
The sockets are stuck. Most It’ s difficult to use them. However, the staff explained that they are child-lock. You need to ask staff to assist you on this.
The area is surrounded with construction so the street going to the area is bumpy and rocky.

The stay is worth it for its affordable price. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Even the ambiance of the place is great. I still can't believe their price is so cheap for its accessible location. Room is very clean and have a lot of blankets and towel. We enjoy using the TV as it has access to netflix, spotify, youtube and all.
Our room was different from what we booked. It was better tho but I think they should have informed Us beforehand so we can just be aware. I thought they give Us the wrong key to a more expensive room. This is not a big deal for Us but can be for others. (We booked a two bed studio room with kitchen but our room has three beds w/o kitchen. It was fine because it is more spacious and we don't even need the kitchen.)
Not service related. The way to the building is very steep. If you don't have a car and not used to cardio activities, walking is very challenging.

We liked the ambience, the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will return to zenmist properties again.
The TV was not working and we didn't like the design of the cups. Just minor items... can be ignored..

the property is clean
out of 4 day stay at the hotel they only give 1 toiletries including the old 2pcs towels also the elevator must be guest priority, the rice cooker is not working but they replaced it with new so thats a good one

i like the unit itself but the interiors are quite simple. Just like a usual guys room, nothing much to offer just the beds and the tv should have been at the center since tourist are tired and would rather stay in bed than sit on the wood living room set. Location is near the tourist spots but you will have to grasp for breath if you have to walk from the Crown Legacy alone to the Property. My heart was always beating so fast after the walk; it feels like hiking to the property.

I love the room, it's clean and tidy. They have wifi and it's strong enough to support 3 users. Elevator is a plus.
The location of the building is too far from the highway which I am unable to ask so it's on my part. Also the path from highway up to the building is so high so it's a no for us since we have a child plus there's so much dirt along the road since we checked in on rainy days so beware 'coz you might end up rolling all the way down.
In addition I was informed the building is only 600m away from Burnham Park which isn't correct. It's accessible yes, but it's more than a kilometer away though.

The place is nice and safe. The staff are friendly and efficient. The best part of it was it was pet friendly. Rate is reasonable.
No convenient store nearby, it's not easy for older people to walk up and down the road to go to the nearest 7-11. The noise from outside (I guess from the other building) can be clearly heard from inside.
