We had a wonderful stay at this charming house. One couple stayed in the basement master and two other single adults stayed in the ground level bedrooms which shared a bath - all bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. My sisters commented on how well-stocked the bathrooms were as well as the kitchen - down to home-made cookies waiting for us at check-in. The owner was timely in her responses and was eager to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The house was convenient to the parts of town we visited - Colorado College, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway station in Manitou Springs. Nothing was further than 10-15 minutes.

This property was the very best we've ever rented! Cleanest, freshest, best decorated, best amenities, and possibly best owners we may ever have the good fortune to work with. Too many older homes still harbor bad odors from 100 years of smoke and bad food smells. Hope to return to Colorado Springs again and definitely will stay with Sarah and Caleb's rental!!

The house is super clean, the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and to give suggestions on things to do in the area. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub. Overall it was a great experience.

Sarah was an amazing host! The house was incredibly clean, beds very comfortable, and we had more than enough space for our family of 5. Sarah was so good at communicating with us as soon as we booked and even offered to let us check in early as we were getting into town. She was a very gracious host. She knew we had young kids that would need some entertainment and kindly brought toys over for them to play with. She even had homemade cookies waiting for us as soon as we checked in! Would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in town!

We traveled in early June to explore the Pikes Peak area for the first time. Sarah made sure the house was perfect in every way and went above and beyond to communicate helpful details such as getting around nearby construction. Recommendations for area restaurants and activities were left for us on the table along with delicious cookies. The house was clean and just as advertised. I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.

This was the perfect place for us to relax and sleep in between all of our sightseeing adventures! The house is beautiful and offered everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Where do I start? From the time I first inquired about the property, Sarah was incredible. She responded immediately to my questions, offered really good suggestions and was just an amazing host. I contacted her the week of our arrival to ask if we could possibly get in early as our 15 month old grandson needed a nap. Her answer was "of course!". Believe me I never expect early arrival access as I know the houses are usually booked, but she was able to accommodate us and we were so appreciative. I promise you, you will want for NOTHING when you stay with Sarah. We actually tried to find something the house was missing but we could not. The arrival experience, complete with homemade cookies was so thoughtful. The house has everything you could want, even peanut butter! The bedrooms and bathrooms reminded me of a five-star resort. The furnishings were like stepping into a Pottery Barn showroom. The kitchen makes me want to renovate mine! Overall, the kind hospitality we experienced in Colorado Springs will not soon be forgotten. I wish I could give this VRBO more than five stars. Thank you, Sarah!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and beds were very comfy. The host is thoughtful in providing all the necessary items to use during the stay and was very prompt in responding to questions we had.

We were a group of 5 adults visiting Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The house is well stocked, close to restaurants and grocery store. Very nice accommodations and comfortable beds. Would rent this property again!

What a wonderful experience! The hosts were BEYOND kind and helpful during the whole process. They even had guides put together of the best places to eat, shop and get groceries in the area. This house is so cute! A great location with a nice backyard. The kitchen is loaded with anything and everything to cook. My favorite though was the beds. Very comfortable. My kids loved using the hot tub after a long day of hiking. I would highly recommend !

We had a really enjoyable stay, everything from the freshly baked cookies from Sarah to the extra space in the garage we were able to use for our Mountain bikes! The hot tub was perfect for the kids and the house was spacious for our needs. Thank you Sarah for a exceptional first time CO experience!

This is the best property we have ever rented. Sarah is a dream host, responding to any questions, sending the house codes a week before arrival, stocking the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms with everything we needed. She has thought of every detail. And the house is so beautiful, and within easy driving distance of all the sights. I slept better on the beds here than in my own home ;-) I will look for another excuse to come to “the Springs” just so I can stay here again! And while you are in the house, have a look at the art. When we asked Sarah who painted it all, we found out that SHE is the artist! Soooo beautiful! Thanks, Sarah, for everything! You’re the best!

Pictures do not do this location justice. The view of Pikes Peak from the backyard is stunning and that’s before you get inside. The property inside is beautiful and clean. We were met with homemade cookies. If we left it at home, it was there for us to use. Great beds, great tv’s, and good towels. All around a great spot. Thanks for a great visit!

This home was fabulous! Immaculate! Caleb and Sarah make sure you have comforts you need. They take pride in their home. They make their guest feel welcomed. From start to finish this was our best experience renting on VRBO. The owners were so gracious and hospitable from the time we booked our stay and throughout our time there. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, answer our questions and give thoughtful and helpful recommendations. The home was just as advertised - it was extremely clean, nice and spacious and decorated so well. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked really well. The home is very pretty and is located in a quiet historic neighborhood and centrally located to so many things. I cannot recommend these owners and this home enough. It will be our go to spot when we plan to come back to Colorado Springs!

The house was perfect. Our son was recovering from a collarbone surgery. The kitchen was very well equipped, the house clean and cozy, the hot tub immaculate and the beds comfortable. It made it easy to take take care of him and relax. We also appreciated the restaurant and take out recommendations.

My family had a fantastic weekend experience in this beautiful home. The process from booking to checkout was flawless. The home was so clean, absolutely adorable with a beautiful view of pikes peak and Cheyanne Mountain. Sarah’s hospitality was 100%! The house was so cozy with a fireplace and views of the mountains. Fresh baked cookies with a welcome sign. Beds we’re comfortable and had adorable bedding. Robes were provided for the hot tub which we totally enjoyed! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Sarah was available when we had questions and left us a guide for some of the local favorite coffee shops and restaurants which we completely took advantage of. Food did not disappoint. Our stay in this home could not have been better, listing and pictures were exactly as described. The home and all of its features were better than expected. I value a clean place above everything and it exceeded my expectations and was by far the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. Sarah is so friendly and very quick to respond to questions. She left us great food and entertainment recommendations and everything we tried was excellent. The hot tube and fire pit were fun for our family, and she has literally anything you might need stocked in the kitchen. The house has great natural light from all the windows and a view of the mountains. Very easy access to everything we wanted to visit on our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We flew in to see our son play basketball against Colorado College and this VRBO was perfect for our family! It had absolutely everything we could have needed for our weekend stay. Lovely home very near downtown Colorado Springs making access to all the area had to offer quite convenient. Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds and more are an easy and quick drive. This older home has been lovingly restored with beautiful decor and many original features. Top notch and comfy bedding., a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for those days or nights you want to stay in and relax by the fire. One of the better homes we have stayed in. And the owner was a quick text or call away and always responded quickly to our questions. Thank you Sarah and Caleb for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay at the Columbine House. The attention to detail that Sarah gives to the home and your stay is impressive. We appreciate comfortable furnishings & a fully stocked kitchen. This home provides both. The neighborhood was quiet & conveniently located to all the places that we were visiting. We were so fortunate to get this booking and would be happy to stay here again.

If I could give this home 10-stars, I would! This VRBO was exactly what we were looking for and, honestly, exceeded all our expectations! My wife and I were in town (very last minute) adopting a new baby. Finding this home was a blessing and truly felt like our home away from home! Charming & beautifully decorated home complete with all amenities, excellent location.

This historic home has been lovingly renewed with style and attention to detail. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. Beds and bedding are comfortable and excellent quality,with light robes provided as an added bonus. It is especially nice to find a place with more than one king size bed. The kitchen and bath are well stocked. Finally, we were greeted with a plate of home made cookies. We all had a delightful stay and highly recommend this beautiful home. Hope to stay there again.

Lovely home, comfy and stocked with games, books, and puzzles for all ages. Entertainment area for the kids to watch movies and play. Kitchen had everything I needed. Sarah has thought of everything and was super responsive to our needs (which was very little). Easy drive to the cog, garden of the gods, cave of the winds, and (IMO) one of the best zoos in the country. Do yourself a favor and book this place, just save a little time for me to come back!
