First of all, let me say how incredibly professional and efficient Emiliano is in managing this property and communicating with guests. You just don’t find that level of customer service anywhere anymore so that in and of itself spoke volumes both before and during our stay. When we arrived at the property, we got out of our vehicle and were immediately drawn to the back yard and the mesmerizing view. We spent almost every waking hour outside with our 2 young adult children and dog…..swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, hot tubbing, grilling, etc. We also did our share of relaxing in the lounge chairs just staring out over the water. The inside of the house was perfect for all our needs and then some and the architecture was so intriguing. I looked at many listings before selecting the Buchanan Haus and as my kids said….”Mama, you made the perfect choice.” We enjoyed being there so much that we never left to do anything else offsite that we had discussed as possibilities. We enjoyed our spontaneous getaway to Lake Buchanan last week! The weather was a bit cold and drizzly but the view and amazing hot tub was perfect. Our host, Emiliano was the BEST! Very welcoming and excellent communication from start to finish! We look forward to scheduling a return visit in the summer, thank you!

We had the most amazing time at this property. The host, Emiliano, is absolutely incredible and very attentive. They want to make sure you’re having the best time possible. The property itself was perfect. Right on the lake, gorgeous backyard, huge hot tub. The house is spacious too with plenty of places to hang out and sleep. We will definitely be returning for another weekend getaway.

This home was more than we expected. The house was clean and aside from light traffic noise from across the lake, it was so quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the back porch, or by the fire, in the morning was a great start to the day. The sunrise filled the sky with such beautiful colors that reflected off the lake, it took my breath away. Definitely worth getting up early to see, for sure. The house was big enough to have 14 people for Thanksgiving dinner, most stayed the night, some (the locals) went back home. Emiliano is terrific. He communicated quickly and was happy to accommodate our wishes. Would definitely recommend this home, and host, to everyone considering renting. The location is close enough to go into Burnett and Marble Falls and the area is just beautiful.

Such an easy, pleasant visit. Beautiful home with everything you need. The host was helpful and responsive. Fun for the whole family. There were nine of us, ages 5 to 70. Gorgeous location on the lake. Nearby Inks Lake is a great place for hiking. Highly recommended. Thank you!

This property is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! We had dogs, kids, and 4 adults and everyone had a blast! There isn't really a beach right now as the water is so high but, there are complimentary rafts anchored out and kayaks for your enjoyment! We found this to be more than adequate. The location here is about 15 min from Inks Lake State Park and 20 minutes from Longhorn Caverns! The house is clean and completely gated so your dogs can run free! The hot tub was enormous and perfectly relaxing in the evenings. Honestly this place is a little slice of paradise don't hesitate to book!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Our group was 12-75 age range, each person had fun! We were welcomed with a birthday surprise for our kids, treats, gift cards, decor and all. We caught fresh fish from the shore, went kayaking and swimming on the lake. There were 5 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a good sized mat and a huge floater that can fit 7 of us. Life vests were provided. We looked at the moon using the telescope that was in the property while we enjoyed making s'mores one night. Soaking on the hot tub was relaxing. We played badminton, volleyball and dodge ball on the green grass. Working out in the gym made us lose some calories. Best of all, Emiliano was a great host and checked on us, making sure everything was alright! You won't regret making great memories in this lakehouse!

So much room to spread out and relax. We had 2 families with a total of 9 people. There was so much space. The lake was high so we didn’t get to experience the beach area but the swimming was great. We really enjoyed the giant inflatable, mat and kayaks/paddle boards. Hours and hours of fun for the kids and relaxing for adults. We were thankful for the life jackets at the house on our day out on the boat (also highly recommend renting one) don’t forget to ask the host about the waterfall if you have a boat. We had a big storm blow in one night and the lightning show was Amazing. Emiliano was so responsive to our request and needs while there it was like he was with us. We sent pictures of our adventures and he checked in daily to see if we needed anything or how the day went on the water. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. This property was all that it said it would be and more. The hot tub (with cold water), the lake, the huge shade tree, all the outdoor furniture - everything provided a wonderful experience. The host, Emiliano, was wonderful! Rapid communication every time I contacted him - even once at 4 am! He has gone above and beyond to provide you with all you need to just relax and enjoy the company and surroundings. We had a great time and would love to go back!

The property exceeded our expectations. It had an amazing view of the lake that we enjoyed during an epic thunderstorm and when the sun was shining. The host is the best host we’ve had and checked in on us every day we were there. I look forward to staying there in the future.

Where do I begin? Everything from booking, to check-in and communication throughout our stay was exceptional. Emiliano was super fast to respond even for little things like help with where to find the internet router and where to go for grill coals. He even contacted us to offer for us to stay an extra night and we gladly accepted! I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this one really paid attention to the details. There were beach towels set out right by the door to outside, clothes organizers in all the closets so you don't have to live out of a suitcase , and all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly imagine INCLUDING AN AIR FRYER and a very nice charcoal grill! We even used the juicer to make watermelon margaritas which were AMAZING! In addition to all that the home has to offer the location is breathtaking. We spent all day out on the kayaks and paddle boards, the kids & dogs loved the "beach" and it was awesome to do smores on the lake for our final night. There is absolutely no reason to leave the house, so if you are looking for an all inclusive place to stay, spend time in nature, and relax in a hot tub at night, this is the place! You will not regret booking.
