Łazienka - brak wentylatora (wyciągu), okno (wysoko) w łazience nie do końca wyłożone płytkami (regips pewnie zaraz złapie wilgoć i będzie problem z grzybem)

The bed was ok. After a long flight I passed out and slept comfortably. The room seemed decently clean.

It's located in the middle of nowhere, I'm not familiar with Warsaw, I didn't realize it when I booked it, that it's located outside of Warsaw actually. There are no places to get a snack or breakfast or anything. The owner happened to be on site when I arrived and helped me to check-in, otherwise I wouldn't have known what to do since I did't get the email with instructions. She also told me there was an "Italian" place to eat quarter of a mile walk away. Next door to it was a small Deli store where I got some water and snacks. If you're coming from non European countries - bring your own outlet adapter. I could not charge my laptop with American charger and I could not buy or borrow European one anywhere.

The directions were received in time and were understandable. The key was on place.

The building is repairing. Around too small and doesn’t prepared place. Parking is chaotic. The Room needs renovation, the bedding too. The curtains were with holes.

The property is terrible. The place is in the middle of nowhere, shady people walking around. We had a lot of stuff in the car, so we were afraid something might happen. The bed sheets stank very badly, I don't know why, maybe because of the humidity. and they were synthetic, made of really bad material. We couldn't sleep in the smelly bed so we rented another room in the middle of the night. And booking does not even want to refund our money. avoid this place at all cost!

The bathroom was leaking, trash cans are on the first floor so you could hear when people threw bottles away.
