We had a great time at this condo and want to give a big thanks to Michelle (the host) for making sure everything was perfect for our trip. From what I understand we were the first visitors since Hurricane Ian and everything was great - brand new kitchen and the whole place was very clean and in perfect working order. The highlight for me on this trip was the proximity to the beach - just right out the driveway - you can even make it with bare feet :) Also the peak-a-boo view of the ocean, I am not sure that was mentioned in the description but we could see the water from the deck and hear the waves. Maybe that's because the palm trees were all recently pruned nicely due to the storm, but it was a nice surprise. We were able to walk daily down to the bars/restaurants for a break from the beach. Wi-Fi, TV, AC and even the heat (it was cold for FL the first night) all worked without issue. The little cul de sac that the condo is on is very quiet and friendly. Totally would recommend this place and stay here again. P.S. as far as shark teeth, we found 40, even the teenagers were entertained in the hunt!

The location was perfect and the home was in pristine condition with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The property manager was friendly and gave us every piece of information needed. We would definitely return.

House was perfect with comfy beds and lots of amenities. Very short walk to the private beach area. We will be back again and again!

This was the perfect place for our girls getaway. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk away and we enjoyed many walks along during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You are literally steps away from a beautiful beach, but have privacy due to the beautiful trees surrounding the condo. It is also conveniently located to local restaurants. We will be returning!

My wife and I loved every minute of our stay. We had families staying next door and we never heard a peep. The amazing private beach was just a few steps from the front door. There were never more than 3-4 other groups at the beach when we went down there. We traveled to Siesta Key (just to see the "Nicest beach in America) and it was crazy busy, which made us even more grateful for our stay at Manasota Key. The condo was immaculate and well stocked with anything we needed-just a quick trip to the grocery store and we were set. Michelle was fantastic to communicate with. I would highly recommend if you want a real getaway. I can't wait to come back!

Location you couldn’t ask for more you’re on a private beach few steps from your home. We ate At a few local places and the food was great Not to mention the best sushi in town just 10 minutes away from where you are staying. There’s plenty to do you can relax on the beach or go out on a day and enjoy some water sports. ‏I would recommend a place for singles family and or couples

House was very clean and the owners included amenities like snacks, toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forget. Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the house was bigger than it looks. Includes beach chairs and toys, 2 portable fans, baby gate, and great wifi. Already planning our next stay here. There is also a stop for the free shuttle to the public beach and restaurants near the end of the driveway. This is a townhouse so if someone needed a 4 bedroom you could actually rent both sides.
