Everything was as described, the Publix across the road was too convenient, we ate many of our meals from their deli, almost every day, from steamed seafood to sushi, which we enjoyed on the spacious balcony. My only complaints, I wished there were better lighting in the kitchen, and I prefer beach chairs vs camping chairs for the beach. Which may have been in the garage, as other residents had, but it was too dark to go down there. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could need, as were the bathrooms. We will definitely be trying to book this unit in the future and will recommend to everyone we can. We have NEVER had a bad booking with VRBO!

We had a really nice stay at the Seawinds Condo. Our trip was cut a few days short due to a Hurricane approaching the Florida area. I would definitely recommend this condo and will try to have another stay there in the future.

The view is amazing!

My family of four had the pleasure of staying in this condo during the month of July. The property was incredibly clean, had amazing views off the balcony and felt like we were staying in a family's home. The property offers so many amenities that made our stay both comfortable and welcoming. Andrea, the property manager, was exceptionally professional and very detail oriented regarding the check in and check out process. The condo is positioned on a section of the beach where cars are not allowed to drive, making it safer for children to play on the beach. There is a Publix almost directly across the street and amazing restaurants within a short drive. There is underground parking with a reserved space for each condo with a security gate to be opened by a garage door opener that is provided upon check in. The next time our family travels to Florida, we will definitely be staying here again. The owners/property management team truly go out of their way to make their guests feel like family. I highly recommend this condo for your stay!

Wonderful place! Very clean and comfortable. Huge bathtub. Wonderful ocean views from balcony and master bedroom. Will definitely stay again. My mom was with us who uses a walker and the whole place was accessible for her. Great place. Everything you need if want to cook. Washer and dryer worked well.

The condo had everything we expected and needed. The beds were very comfortable , very quiet environment and we so loved the ocean views. We will definitely be back.

The property was very easy to find and ease of access from parking to getting to unit. Beach view was awesome, the unit was so open and bright, plenty of room for our 4 teens Not crowded on beach at all and room had everything you needed from towels to extra bedding ! Will stay again for sure

Wonderful location , easy access to the beach , clean everywhere and a fast elevator . Views from this 6th floor corner unit were excellent . Shopping as close as across the street .

We were in Daytona for the Daytona 500. This condo was perfect for us. It's right on the beach and in a less congested area. Would highly recommend.

We loved our week in Serenity by the Sea. The condo had everything we needed and then some, Andrea was a great host— available but not hovering—, the other residents in the building were consistently helpful and friendly, and the ocean was right there. It was all rather idyllic and I hope to come again.

Having stayed at so many owner rentals over the years, this was one of the best. Lovely unit— clean and nicely decorated. View is phenomenal! In such a great location for shops, and of course beach access. But best thing is how well-stocked the condo is. The owner has really taken great care to have so much there for guests. Top-notch!!

First, thank you to the owner of this condo for verifying that the property wasn't damaged during hurricane Nicole. She did a great job communicating with us before we came and answered questions while we were there. The layout of the condo is very comfortable and the view of the beach from 6th floor is goregous. The pool is perfect. We would go back!

This was as advertised + we had a wonderful time! Small shopping center across the street with Publix grocery + Dunk in (donuts)! Quick response from owner.

The pictures make the place look bigger than it is. The showers are very small. People over 6 feet tall will have trouble in the showers. The ceiling fans were dirty, and I had to rewash the sheets on the king size bed when we arrived. There were crews working on the building throughout our stay. I know this isn’t the host’s fault, but I feel the building administrator should let owners know when work will be done. I also wished the door had a lock on it from the inside other than just the keypad. There are also issues with living room tv (which were mentioned in other reviews).

Beautiful condo. View is spectacular. Very clean and well stocked. Beds and sofas are very comfortable. Location is great, very quiet. Andrea is a great host. She's thought of everything. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us.

This our second stay in this condo. We loved every minute of our vacation. Andrea is super easy to work with and even put a slow cooker in for us. The beds are very comfy and you can hear the waves crashing even with the windows shut. The condo truly has everything you need for a great stay. The only thing I want to mention is that there are chairs for the beach but they are not sand chairs that recline. So if that is what you prefer bring them along. There are a 2 boogie boards, buckets and shovels and even water guns. My 7 year old had a blast!! We were sad that our week had ended!!

The accommodations that come with it are unreal…the “beach closet” was jam packed full of toys, chairs, umbrellas…no need to bring any of the beach stuff it’s ALL there for you! I’ve never stayed in a condo that is this well stocked. More than enough linens for the entire week and they even have beach towels! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook…there were new tooth brushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours. You seriously just need to bring your clothes and that’s it. Andrea was extremely nice and quickly responded. We will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed!!

We have been renting properties in Florida for over 15 years and this is one of the nicest we have had. Excellent value. Two small things to know: 1) The beach is accessible via the swimming pool which is accessible only by the exterior parking lot. 2) In the photos, the balcony looks bigger than it actually is. On the other hand, it is still of a good size. The condo is very well stocked and nothing is missing so that we had a very pleasant stay. We recommend it without hesitation.
