Very clean and well kept. Right off route 17, so some road noise, but well insulated windows to dampen the sound. A nice cozy getaway, and a deer was spotted in the front yard.

Me and my Husband had a wonderful weekend at the house , everything we needed was there , great Woodstock theme all I’ve the house , beds were so comfortable , the host were amazing will co back there again Thank you Bruce and Darla

Property was easy to find, check-in process was simple, accommodations were very nice, and it’s less than 10 minutes to Bethel Woods. Great home base if you’re checking out a show!

Great "Woodstock experience" home filled with Woodstock memorabilia , very clean and roomy. Parts of the house reminded me of my grandparent's bungalow in Smallwood when I was a kid and loved it. Would definitely stay here again

Rental clean. Hosts very nice. Was much closer to a high traffic road than anticipated.

Wanted to be close to Concert venue and this house was perfect for the two of us. Really didn’t use kitchen except for few things in refrigerator. Bruce was very friendly- check in and out easy too.

This property is so adorable, well thought out, clean, & comfortable! Bruce is a great host who is very flexible and treats you like family! Perfect location for a concert at Bethel Woods, well equipped, and fit all of our needs! We hope to be back!

A wonderful property right in the heart of where the Woodstock Festival was. The rooms were perfect to relax in, and the bedrooms were fine. All the rooms had momentos of Woodstock; it was a great trip (no pun intended) down memory lane. We wish we could have stayed longer.

If you are going to Bethelwoods (Woodstock) this place is right down the street. The house has the "Cabin feel". walls have lots of Woodstock memorabilia. Bruce and his wife were on the back deck of thier house directly behind the rental when we arrived and greeted us. Bruce told us to call with any questions or issues. we had no problems at all. My group was 4 guys ages 40 to 63 that were working a beer show at bethel woods. We needed a close place to relax and sleep after the 2 day show. It was a good fit. The only complaint was the noise from the road. The house is quite close to the road. It wasn't a big issue for us, we all had a nice relaxing weekend. Thank you Bruce.

Overall, very happy with our experience. Great space. Location to Bethel Woods is amazing. We were thankful for the light at the end of the driveway in assisting us to find the house after the show. The house was a bit musty smelling though. I know it has been an exceptionally wet summer, but a dehumidifier would do wonders.

Bruce and Darla are quite easygoing hosts. They are very accommodating and understanding. Our seven year old son is on the autism spectrum and can be very difficult to handle. They helped us redirect our son’s frustrations with a foam frisbee that he spent half the day playing with. Safe and damage-free experience for everyone! I assumed every house has a washer/dryer. This one doesn’t…but we didn’t book the place to do laundry. If you’re ok with that, this is a very cozy place to stay. We had some trouble finding the place at first, but that was Apple Maps’ fault. The GPS told us we arrived at our destination, but was about a mile and a half off target. A friendly and laidback vibe with hippie memorabilia sprinkled throughout, and a recently renovated bathroom. Clean and comfy for all your bathing and hygienic needs. Great central air conditioning and heating system, no need to worry about the indoor climate. A very high def TV in the living room. And Darla crochets some great hats and blankets you can buy at a very reasonable price. The mountain air was very much needed for NYC folks like us. Thank you for the getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. It lists as three double beds but there are only two doubles and a single. The location was perfect for our concert.

Property situated next to a major road with lots of traffic. Although the house was perfect for our needs, the noise from the highway didn’t make for a country experience.
