Great location, parked at Pentagon Fashion Center and road the Metro into town…perfect location for sight seeing. Great restaurants and grocery stores near by. House was clean and well stocked.

Really should display property address prominently I went to wrong place tried to get in didturbed renters

The property is close to all the major attractions we wanted to see so that was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there are some things that could be improved upon. The property does need to be better equipped. We had seven people in our group so we planned to do some cooking during our stay. We had to revise some of our meals though when we realized there was not even a pot big enough to cook pasta in. I don't expect a Martha Stewart kitchen in a rental property, but the pots and pans that were there leave a lot to be desired and a baking sheet would be nice to have on hand. Additionally, with seven of us there, one being an infant, we were counting on being able to do laundry. Until, we realized the dryer was not working. We notified the property owner right away but by the time someone got out to fix it it was our last day there so didn't really do us much good. This was a real inconvenience as they only provide ONE towel per guest. Which.... okay, kind of cheap, but not a deal breaker if you can launder them yourselves. However, even if the dryer had been working, both the washer and dryer are extremely small so really would only hold about three towels max. So, plan on spending a good deal of time laundering towels....... The whole thing just turned out to be a real hassle. I ended up having to be in constant contact with the property manager to arrange for more supplies; not just bath towels, but bath mats, (none of these present either) paper towels and toilet paper as well. Upon arrival we soon realized there was only one extra roll of TP in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. I don't know if that was an oversight on the housekeeper but hardly enough for seven people for a nine day stay. A few extra blankets would have been nice too. So, overall the property was good for a group our size but would have been better if it didn't feel like there was such a bare bones approach to how it is outfitted. The pool table in the basement is a fun addition.....too bad there's only ONE pool cue......

Smaller than it seemed from pictures and no bathroom on the ground floor, but other than that, perfect space for our family reunion, convenient location, nice kitchen, comfortable beds.
