The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and food generally were outstanding. Loved the design, which we had read about in Cabana and which prompted us to book.

Found the beds quite hard. Limited dinner menu, would’ve like more green vegetable choices.

The location was excellent and the staff delightful. We loved the building and all the different places to sit and read. The garden was also very welcome.

Mediocre breakfast

very dog friendly exceptionally high standard of finish and decor, super approachable and welcoming staff and right in the centre of Mahon.

the only small criticism is my room was a little on the warm side and adjusting the thermostat in the room didn’t seem to bring down the temperature. A minor point though.

Location spot on for the old town. Tasteful decor throughout giving a real feeling of serenity. The staff complimented this feeling with discrete , friendly and efficient service.

small things only , I think the fruit selection for breakfast could have been better , I appreciate that most of the fruit ,perhaps all of it has to be shipped in, but I would have liked a wider range of seasonal fare from mainland Spain , Instead of kiwi fruit ,pineapples and bananas. Also it would be better to offer the fruit ready to eat , as there isn’t much space to peel or chop the whole fruit on offer. Menorcan cheese is very good but I am not certain the breakfast platter showcased them to their best.
